This game is a mess and I could never ever drop it permanently. It's certainly come a long way since I started playing almost a decade ago. For the movement alone I'd say if "Ninjas in Space" piques your interest give it a fair shot. There's a lot of old content/ grinds that need to be revamped but I'm cautiously optimistic since the old Community Director is in charge and making good QOL changes.

It's a generally more improved version of the first Risk of Rain. I wish they would've went further in backporting features/ QOL from 2 because the maps are a bit too big and I feel way too slow at the start. Also way too much ropes and not enough of geysers, other than that I love going back to ROR.

"Is it hard being an adult?"
"It's the same... There's nothing good. The pain just keeps on growing..."

Improves on everything from FEAR to make it a really blast of a time. The boss fights are kinda eh but it was a game made by 4 people.

Faithful remake to a fault with worse music. I just wish the combat wasn't so floaty.

John Woo and the Ring's child. Looking forward to Trepang2, and Selaco.

Absolute blast of a time. It's as good as the console games with a banging soundtrack.

My love for Zero has only gotten stronger over the years. Gameplay wise it's AC5 but with all of the fat cut out between superfluous planes and crappy mission design. It's a war story that just presents itself as a bloody grey. This is best embodied by Cipher shooting down every Ace but by your war crime meter he can be lauded as a hero, someone who wants their paycheck or a demon that wrecks everything in his path from the interviews. After all your "Cipher" is how you personally chose to decode the war. The eponymous "Zero" is a finale to remember and reflect on.

I wish Atlus made more games like this.

Why does this even exist here what the actual fuck?

You microwave babies, really enjoyable game.
