IMO the best jrpg ever made, full stop
how do you feasibly one-up yourself when working on a series that's in its 5th iteration? by being completely unfeasible and deciding to craft the most hilarious exercise in excess of content in your company's history (both past and present), weaving storylines and characters in a way that gives payoff to 2 console generations' worth of buildup
Check my review for more but essentially the best and most well thought out 3rd person shooter of all time, only bolstered by its hilarious writing and utterly perfect pacing
While I might personally prefer 2, Galaxy is the premier 3D mario platformer to me - boasting an absolutely staggering variety of fresh ideas and mechanics for the genre
By design and narrative probably the most interesting game ever made.

@cheddar Lost Judgment is my personal favorite RGG release but i gotta include the best mainline game and most incredible exercise in excess of all time
