The thin line between games and malware
Games with elements that go beyond the scope of the permissions you'd assume you were giving a game (e.g. creating files, hidden extra saves or directories, looking at the files on your computer) for gameplay effect. (Not for games that are literally malware.)

Popups, creating files in other directories on your computer, changing your desktop background, fake 'window'.
Fake 'window', creating text files.
Erasing save files, reading information about the player's PC.
"Install this suspicious exe file bro trust me." Bonus points for the bug in SurveyProgram where the uninstaller deleted the entire directory it was contained in.
Hidden save file on completing a No Mercy route.
The 'curse' for defiling a corpse is stored outside of your save file.
Self-explanatory.
Drops information about the player's Steam profile/user profile.
The character Psycho Mantis comments on what kind of games you like to play by reading your memory card.
Creating/deleting files (see comments).
