my fave jrpg of all time, super fun on hard mode if you want your ass kicked.

pascal the dog is here

easily one of the best smt mainline stories (this is not saying much), i love the cast despite how little dialogue there is.

the new ost is great until you hear the same song 400000 times in a row when you're slamming into walls trying to get out of the school.

anyway its good

My favorite "modern" persona game but it has aged. poorly. The cast is easily my favorite and most used in the story of any of the three, but wow the dungeon crawling is boring. I should play P3P i think.

great game! would be better without the homophobia and transphobia :)

finally a jrpg about a bunch of adults who don't know how to do their taxes

story so good it makes me forgive bad gameplay

mementos makes me scream and the story is baffling

game is fun tho
i love ann

everything about this one is Bad. the story is Bad. the maps are Bad. at least the other two games had redeeming qualities.

I dropped it as soon as Corrin did dumb thing number 976872385895 and instead of actually learning anything all the characters were like "nooo its fine its great that you're so trusting :)" and then the next map was like a forest map or some shit and i was Done.

don't get me started on the fight club rules.

the story is so bad but the maps and gameplay are so good

i really wish i liked this game. i really do. it has all the parts of fire emblem that i was missing from the two non-remake 3ds releases, aka an actual plot with intrigue and complex characters outside of supports.

That being said, the gameplay, pacing, and map design is abysmal. I got through two routes (Crimson Flower and Golden Deer) before shelving in halfway through the school part of my third playthrough. If you want to play this game to completion, I highly recommend not starting with Golden Deer because I ended the route feeling like I had no more questions about the game or world, thus losing all of my motivation to go through the other two routes.
