It's an ArcSys game, which means if you want to pick up and play this at a friend's house you will be getting absolutely mauled.

This game gave me goose bumps. Especially the second game has some absolutely astounding cases (and a few duds, as always), but the resolution at the end and seeing everything unravel is just so satisfying... aaah

And Herlock Sholmes is a national treasure.

Mindless fun, but only when you're playing it multiplayer.

I ugly cried. 10/10 would experience again if I could

It breaks my heart to read what happened to Eidos Montreal after this game didn't live up to Square Enix's ABSURD sales expectations. The game is great, it's an immersive sim with everything you could ask for. I stealthed my way through most of the game and enjoyed the hell out of it.

It starts very strong, has a solid middle part with a lot of dramatic choices and scenarios which, when invested in the world, will move you (to tears, even)

Then the ending starts and the game starts dropping the ball. It becomes very obfuscated and hard to follow what exactly happens when. The ending was not a meme without a reason.

Best entry in the series. The drama, the new characters, the mission design and especially the final stretch of the game all scream PEAK gaming.

Beginning of an epic series. The first part shows its age with somewhat clunky mechanics and dated graphics, but makes up for it greatly with charm and an interesting plot.

Peak RTS. Cool story telling, varied missions, and astoundigly good multiplayer

One of the better Digimon JRPGs you can get. However any difficulty other than the lowest becomes stupidly unfair very soon, making you grind ad absurdum. That can be fun but it still takes a lot of tempo out of the otherwise okay-ish story.

Plot is very generic, but the gameplay actually keeps you engaged enough to keep going until the end.

The battle system is amazing and still seeks its rival to this day in the Tales of series. Action packed, making every battle fun.

I ended up somewhere in the post-game, stuff that is exclusive to the PS3 version, so I marked it as completed.

One of the go-to multiplayer shooters for GameCube. I played this with my roommates ad nauseum, it never got boring.

I'm a wuss, so I'd rather watch people play it than play it myself.

Finished with 3 to 4 players in multiplayer. An ARPG with very uninspired mechanics and the digimon theme tacked on. Not really worth the time.

Fun little platformer. Mechanics are nothing to write home about and it's pretty easy for genre familiars. But it has a certain charm to it due to it being very very disney.
