your enjoyment is derived from which games your sibling sucks at and avoiding golf at all costs. even in a video game where you don’t have to worry about the ecological problems it causes or the fact that it’s a sport only for the 1% golf fucking sucks. anyways one of the modes was time locked in fucking 2006 and only two of the games are any fun - a game truly ahead of its time.

either im deeply unlucky for this to be my introduction to the pokemon series or the concept alone is fucking boring to me. however, since this was my introduction i will likely never find out.

i implore anyone who is even remotely interested to go in blind because this is honestly a mastery in utilising a medium to weave a narrative. i adore the writing both for its story telling and just the prose itself being so provocative and gruesome, the art is so intricate and you can tell how much work went into this. cannot recommend enough especially if you don’t know anything about it

love the art, characters, story and expansive number of optional paths to take! the lack of a skip button unlike slay the princess is just a bit obnoxious sometimes since i really am interested in alternate dialouge but not in having to reread the same default dialogue, but that's it really!

the biggest shock to the system was finding out the cake is a lie isnt just internet gibberish AND that it isnt even a lie! crazy stuff. anyways i see how this game was a classic even if its much shorter than i anticipated

started playing this again and im mad im actually having fun. i attribute 90% of it to mods and having friends im sure ill get bored eventually but whatever
