Most important moments in my life is probably only a few degrees of separation from EarthBound. No other game has, or will have, the same impact this has had for me.

Listen, I get it, it's old, it's grindy. But man, it is also so charming. Play it with the easy ring via Mother 1+2 and have an open mind-it just might surprise you.

Hey! They made a sequel to EarthBound! It's very different and does its own thing, but damn is it still good. If you haven't played this, you probably should.

I bought this game when it first came out, day of. I was really excited for it. I had an absolute blast with it as well, and continued playing for awhile. I stopped after awhile, though, somewhere near the end of act 1. I picked it up later during the summer, though. I was really depressed and dealing with mental illness. I played this game at a job that had me doing nothing except restocking boxes. It was dull, and I had nothing but time to think. Any time that was not spent playing Dragon Quest XI was spent thinking about it. Finishing it was one of the best moment I've ever experiences. I really like this game.

I started this game in anticipation for XI.
I turned it on Thursday of a late morning.
I proceeded to see credits on Sunday.
Please play Dragon Quest V.

Solo is literally perfect, Kiryl is fantastic, Torneko Taloon is a top 5 Dragon Quest character, Psaro is so cool.

Hey, 3 stars is pretty generous when you basically invent a genre! It's a decent romp, but nothing special. The real stuff comes later.

I considered calling into my job one day so I could keep playing Dragon Quest 3. In hindsight, I really wish I made that call.

A game with great moments that I really just didn't like very much. It didn't come together well. I have so many nice statements I can make about DQ6, but it is just... not great, compared to the rest of Dragon Quest.

It does cool things, but is far from my favorite DQ game. I recommend this to Dragon Quest super fans who need a slow burn.

I like musou games, and this musou game kinda sucked, but it also had a slime so it was pretty good.

The song that plays in the main town is the same vocal sample as the policenauts main theme and I think that's pretty damn cool.

The switch version is baby mode so I rocked through this at a boring shift at work in like 6 hours and had a damn good time.

This game aged like ass but I thought it was cute and charming.
