Really nice. But also really hard.
Simultaneously one of the best and worst Batman games. Also one of the best and worst titles in the Arkham series.
Amazing game with great swordplay, stunning visuals and non-stop cinematic flair. Begins to fell very ubisoft-ish after 20-30 hours or so though.
Perceived as "bad" only in comparison to it's predecessor and sequel.

Story, atmosphere and ending kept this game afloat while the very barebones fps mechanics relentlessly tugged at it. Good DLC though.
