On second visit, it ain’t that terrible just dated. The setting is my fave in the RE franchise by far and the story is nice + good puzzles but having to restart the game due to not picking up item A in B location 2 to fight Boss C really made me scream.

Really unique and creative, loved the way each family member was explored. Beautifully melancholic story and a good short game.

Good, simple and charming game, great return to childhood. Repetitive but not in a way where it’s necessarily a negative. The end credits roll once a child has grown up anyway, and it’s easy to experience so many things in a short time without it being overbearing or tiresome. Very charming and special.

A straightforward, fun and charming game while ending quite depressingly. The characters were lovable in their own ways and the combat was very fun, if not slightly busted.
The final episode ‘true’ boss was amazing, and I enjoyed seeing the story from different perspectives and how it linked to kingdom hearts as we know.

86 hours on my first run and no regrets

Hmm

My first entry into the DS Castlevania games and one I enjoyed a lot. Beautiful design, well crafted and interesting routes around a huge castle accompanied with great sounds and overall design and appearance. Had an incredible amount of fun playing this on the 2ds and exploring the map.

Fun

Very fun albeit a little easy, the Julius Belmot, Soma interactions were very cool especially the numerous endings you could get.

Perfect, everything is perfect. A pure skill based game which I loved (and was destroyed by many times). You could have 100 gourds and it wouldn’t matter if you were shit at the combat, and for that I love it. Unapologetically skill based with little help from anything but occasionally tools and mainly the revive. Best combat I’ve experienced so far and I could actually feel myself getting better.

Rage inducing, too much brain power. Only one me.
