"I want my pilgrimage to be full of laughter."

I can definitely say I see why this game is so beloved. Going through these trials with this cast was such a good time. Wakka and Auron are two I'd say are on my all-time list now. I felt a great connection with them, and the story overall hit hard.

The fantastic music only enhanced my experience, and the combat was mostly enjoyable.

Most of the things I had issues with can be chalked up to age. I found a lot of the puzzles to be overly tedious and the grid system to be a bit dated, but I appreciate what they were going for.

The final stretch is one of the best I've experienced. Great game.

The gameplay in Unicorn Overlord is addicting as hell. Probably my favorite game of this type gameplay wise. The story was okay but I expected a bit more coming off of 13 Sentinels. I enjoyed the character interactions, and I came away loving quite a few of them. Vanillaware does it again.

"I been here since the beginning, and I still don't know what the hell's goin' on."

The music in this was phenomenal and honestly eclipsed Remake for me. The funniest thing though is my favorite song came from a side quest.

The combat was much better and honestly fun as hell. I honestly didn't really like the exploration bits much and missed the more chapter structure of Remake. I may be in the minority on that though. It's a bit hard to review the story without getting into spoilers so I'll just say that I enjoyed it for the most part. There were a couple things that I didn't like but I'm willingly to see what happens with them in the 3rd game.

I had a lot of fun with the minigames in this though and I fucking love Queen's Blood. I need more of that!

Oh, and this solidified Barret as my favorite party member.

"You'll be... my living legacy. My honor... my dreams...they're yours now."

From a gameplay standpoint, it was a bit of a slog to get through but not the worst thing I've ever played by any means. I was mainly annoyed by how many stoppages were put in my way while trying to progress the story.

It was nice getting to learn more background about Zack and Sephiroth specifically. The story itself felt a bit disjointed and at times I felt lost its focus. However, I think it stuck the landing in the most important bits. The ending of the game was amazing honestly. Seeing that moment come to fruition genuinely rocked me.

"All that really matters is that we're proud of how we lived."

Persona 3 was the game that truly made me love video games and honestly changed my life. When the remake was announced, I was insanely excited to experience one of my favorite stories in an updated fashion.

I'm not sure exactly what my expectations were but I can say that they were surpassed. It was done justice and some.

The addition of new social aspects like the guys getting Link Episodes and the hangouts enhanced what I thought was already a strong cast of characters. The additional scenes and focus that the characters get made the story moments hit even harder.

I liked some more than others, but I very much enjoyed the Reload OSTs especially Color Your Night.

The gameplay is way more enjoyable than the previous versions of P3 and the Theurgy skills are cool as hell.

All-in-all, Persona 3 Reload is all I could've asked for and more. It has renewed my love for this game and cemented itself as an all-time favorite.

Gameplay wise, this is by far my favorite in the series and one of my favorite turn-based games gameplay wise in general. They took alright turn-based gameplay and made it so much better from the previous game.

The story was one of reaching towards the future while not forgetting the past. Ichiban, to me, took a large step forward here and I felt that the torch was truly passed. Which was my biggest worry in a game where he was sharing the spotlight. Even with that, they still found a great balance and Kiryu's legacy was well respected. I found myself getting emotional throughout the story including during his substories which are some of the best in the series.

Phenomenal game and one of RGG's best.

I had a much better time with this than Ys I. I found the combat to be better, but the boss fights were worse in terms of variety. Solomon Shrine is the closest thing to purgatory I think I've experienced. Probably would've given that up without a guide. Ys II was a fun time though and I enjoyed the bit of story and the ending.

Not too much to say to be honest. It's a short and to the point game. The combat was frustrating at first, but it eventually became somewhat fun. (The bosses were not fun.) Some banger ass tracks in the OST.

A summer road trip with the homies? Count me in. This is hands down my favorite of the Persona 5 games. The strongest point of the other games is also strong here in the character work. The cast is still a joy, and they gave much needed development to a couple of characters. I thought the story was really well done and the ideas presented resonated with me heavily. The gameplay was alright, but the OST was fantastic.

They took a character I really liked from the base game and made him into one of my favorite MCs. I'm not sure what my expectations were for this DLC but I can tell you that I definitely loved it. Kaito handles different from Yagami in almost every way and getting to play as him was awesome. The final two fights in this are up there with some of my favorite RGG fights along with having great OSTs.

All-in-all,
The Kaito Files is an excellent expansion that gives some needed spotlight and it's more than worth your time.

Cute little story with an interesting ending. Ogrepon is so cute and I refuse to believe the villagers were afraid of it back then.

The most complete Ace Attorney game. I think there are multiple great Ace Attorney games, but none quite weave a story throughout the game and bring it together in the end like this one. A great cast, fantastic music, and genuinely thoughtful cases make this what I think is the best Ace Attorney game.

A short game for sure but one of my favorites in the series now. Enjoyable new characters especially Akame. The combat was pretty fun but a lil weird at times. Genuinely, fantastic addition to the end of Kiryu's journey. I haven't cried that much in a minute I'm not going to lie. The final rundown was so fucking good man. RGG just can't be stopped. I love this motherfucker Kiryu so much.

Wow. It really doesn't get much better than this for me. A story of two different kinds of justice waring against each other. Easily one of my favorites RGG has put out. The story was fantastic, gameplay was great, some sick tracks, and it somehow upended what I thought was my favorite final fight from the first game. Yagami is truly the best to do it.
