level design aint for everybody i guess. it's a shame because the controls feel great and the sprite work is really nice.

not a big RPG guy so I don't really know what makes an RPG "good" but I had a lot of fun with this; way more than I was expecting. My only real complaints are that it's a bit easy and the presentation is a bit scuffed at times (the framerate drops are embarrassing especially for a game like this). Overall really fun and charming and I can see why so many people blew their loads over this and the original.

now that i have over 100 hours in this game i think im finally ready to say it’s good

holds a special place in my heart for the art style and music alone

this game fucking ROCKS but my hands hurt

Pikmin but without the constant looming threat of suddenly losing 99% of your squad from something completely out of your control. Depending on who you are this is either a good change or a bad one.

improves upon the first game but also completely changes what made it so special. I get the time limit is intimidating and all but it’s Pikmin 1’s driving force and 2 feels a bit aimless without it imo. Caves are alright but I wish they weren’t the bulk of the game. The improved ai and QoL improvements do make a big difference though and, at the end of the day, it’s still Pikmin, so for me this game is only SLIGHTLY worse than its predecessor. Fuck Hocotate Freight and its bitch ass president too Olimar just wanted to see his family :(

one of the most frustrating games i’ve ever played yet i can’t bring myself to dislike it.

rerelease it you cowards

i hate to say this but wario had a better transition to 3d than sonic

theres a lot of funny characters with funny voices
