Total nostalgia pick here but even coming back to it, the game holds up. Banger setting, banger music, banger time had by all.

Some dated gameplay in there but it still creates a great tense setting and the story means you rarely want to put your controller down. The sequel looks like it's going to take everything in this game to another level.

An awesome game in every sense. When the music kicks in as you're flying around it's an incredible feeling. The fast respawn system ensures you're never frustrated. Can't wait for the sequel.

It has such great atmosphere and then just totally flops at the end, maybe that's what they were going for but it didn't do much for me.

Proof that even if you have a bloated open world with a poor story, keeping the core gameplay fun can save a game massively. Bethesda take note.

I once played this game so much I could taste blood on my thumb from mashing the X button. GOATED

Peak FIFA youtube but unfortunately it's the beginning of the end.

Ultimate Team came in this year and doomed us all.

The biggest disappointment in my life and I support Newcastle United.

The other definition of fun.

There was a period a couple years after the game released where this was comfortably the best mutiplayer game at the time.

Only oversaturation drew me away from it but it's still my most played game on Steam and I doubt that will change anytime soon.

Remember when Greg Miller gave this a 10/10 and everyone lost their minds? That was a laugh.

Still a great game but not distinct enough from 2 to make it better.

It builds up such a head of steam at one point but then loses it's way, only to bring you right back in on the mountain and then almost lose you again when you build John Marston's house.

Still, the gameplay and acting is wonderful.

If I could go back in time to any point it would be when this was released.

The joy of winning 14-0 with Ronaldinho after pulling off the most ridiculous skill moves possible was indescribable.
