Don't speak Japanese so no Idea what these stupid birds were saying but I'm sure it was something cute. For what it is, prob one of the best games I have played, takes the mechanics and premise of the first and just knocks it out the park in every way possible. Adorable artwork too. Real shame this never got ported. Perfect pick up and play experience.

Getting the good ending is p much impossible without a guide, but what a beautiful ending it ended up being. Maybe I will read the comics.

Had to glance at walk-throughs a couple times but that was more due to my stupidity than poor design. Really lovely sprite work and lots to explore and I liked the funny talking hat.

This is my favourite Dark Souls, which is probably a volcanic take at this stage. Atmosphere for days, and more build variety than other games in the trilogy, this is just the one I keep coming back to.
