Foi meu primeiro jogo no 3DS e eu passei muito tempo jogando as corridas. Eu só queria poder ter jogado mais vezes o multiplayer local.

Honestly one of the most disappointing games I've ever bought. Super barebones, even MKDS a generation ago had so much more to it. Still upset I paid $40 for this on the eshop in high school.

The most by the books mario kart out there.

I have invested probably over 100 hours into this game, got all gold trophies in all circuits and for some reason I haven't unlocked all the karts. I think my game might be bugged.

i held the wr on two tracks at some point, i got the wr for wuhu island with the glitch like right before the update and i got dino island record at some point and i know for sure i dont hold it anymore

this one is fun with the track selection but there's ones like the mii tracks. also it has the weirdest character roster to exist, and the mario kart that removed waluigi and added queen bee from mario galaxy in. eh, it's fine.

The most aesthetically-dry MK but still okay, doesn't have any of the control or balance issues from the prior entries and is generally more exciting and fast-paced than 8

Mario 7 mostly exists now in this awkward spot, where it wasn't as popular as Mario Kart Wii, but was before Mario Kart 8. It's still fun, but the repetitive formula for these games takes its tole on Mario Kart 7.

What's good about Mario Kart 7?

Unexpected characters are in Mario Kart 7, while they're most likely not characters you wanted they're characters that don't get represented often (though Lakitu and Metal Mario are both in 8.) giving them a chance to Shine in Mario Kart, like the previous mentioned Metal Mario (from Super Mario 64), Honey Queen (from Super Mario Galaxy 1/2), and more. Making the roaster more interesting than a usual Mario Kart.

The item balancing is balanced especially compared to Wii, Double Dash, and DS. No Thunder Clouds either!

A major change between Mario Kart Wii which infinitely makes this game already really good is that the Blue Shell's functionality is reverted to that of Mario Kart 64 where it targets every player before targeting first place.

Why is this good?
-Players in a less than ideal position can catch up with other players if the blue shell hits them (before it just hit first place, which doesn't make a lot of sense if you're in a lower position).
-Players in first can be warned about the Blue Shell ahead of time, instead of instantly getting targeted.

What's bad about Mario Kart 7?

The online while it still somehow exists as of this review (October 2020) is not good at all with constant communication errors or if not that, there's a lack of players.

Customising Karts is just okay. It's not special, but is more annoying than having a prebuilt kart with already determined stats as I'm never usually sure on what to pick.

Battle Mode stage selection is not great with a lot of non-favourites are options and the new courses outside of Wuhu Town aren't memorable or fun to play on.

Missing Favourites, this character is missing a lot of favourite characters from some, which some people see the unexpected as a negative for due to the lack of characters such as Waluigi, Birdo, and King Boo as examples.

Overall, this Mario Kart is okay, but the repetitive formula of the last few games starting with DS really make this game feel lackluster.

i had a crush on a boy in 5th grade and we would play this game over facetime on online servers <3 kieran where r u

Using blue shells in the first lap is the definition of homophobia in my book (unless its against metal mario).

Um dos melhores títulos de Mario Kart, com acertos que superam os erros do anterior e funcionam perfeitamente no portátil.

pretty dope pretty raw pretty swag

Excellent track selection, amazing soundtrack. The Rainbow Road SNES track is one of my favorite tracks and songs in Mario Kart. There is a good amount of content to work toward on your own, and the online works well. Music Park, Shy Guy Bazaar, and a great variety of retro courses make this my favorite Mario Kart entry. A personal favorite.

These days, it's difficult to purchase a 3DS that doesn't have MK7 installed on it.

This Mario Kart game is OK but inferior to DS in terms of controls.

A perfect mobile conversion of the Mario Kart formula and having mario kart in your pocket is fun as hell.

slow, boring, plodding, queen bee character, rendered obsolete by the sequel

imma be real kinda whatever :/

The first mario kart game I actually played enough to unlock everyone in as a kid. It doesn't hold up compared to ds, wii or 8 today though

WHERE IS THE VERSUS MODE?!?!?!

This was another solid entry in the Mario Kart series, but to be honest, they all start to blend together after awhile. The biggest problem here was that Waluigi wasn't playable. Who wanted the queen bee instead of Waluigi??

meu amigo eu jogava isso durante a aula

MK DS but better. I don't have as many memories playing with friends, but it's a better game at the core, and I enjoyed my time with it.
