Game good but the pc port is as bad as people say it is. I fixed most issues but some areas still had bad flickering lights issues. Beat the game on both normal and hard and had a fun time for both runs. Holds up really well gameplay-wise and I do recommend people play it, though with the remake out you do not have to deal with the bad pc port anymore. However, I don't own the remake so I'm stuck getting a seizure whenever the lighting decides to get a bit crazy.
This game deserves all the praise it gets but it falls short for me in so many ways. If you are like me, you enjoy a good evil route. This game doesn't have that. It has cartoonishly evil decisions you can make and all it leads to is you loosing out on more than 20% of the content in this game. The Dark Urge origin fixes none of these issues. The game expects you to make only the good decisions and punishes you if you want to be evil. Morally grey characters can't be made either. Be a good person who maybe asks for a reward or be an evil person that steals candy from babies. Larian also seems to be sanding down their characters in the new patches to make gamers happier. This is not a good thing. This game is amazing but as a crpg I feel like I can't make my own character, I can only make a supermodel who struts around a semi-open world surrounded by other super models.
