not giving it a perfect score to be on the safer side for now (rly want to revisit the game at some point) but trust me when I say if Investigations 2 matches this in quality I'll melt into a puddle

similar to the first game in score if u include RftA but it does feel far less cohesive and consistent, sometimes seeming as if they just crammed a few random cases to fill in a second game while they were working on Trials & Tribulations

net win still tho

it hurts so much to not give it an 8 but like I'm sorry it's been a year and a half and I still haven't recovered from Rise from the Ashes (derogatory)

i think it's p telling for how much i like a series when even an entry that's admittedly disappointing in several aspects is still able to keep me this addicted

also no I haven't completed it but i can't edit that part out ffhbefehb

perfect Smash game but it could've used Mark Evans from the (debatably) hit JRPG series Inazuma Eleven

i remember and still stand by this game being simple yet fun to try over and over but that stupid ass fan song my best friend keeps referencing drops it by a star

the best part of the game is my desperate attempts at liking it more "i love having the same setting through the whole game cuz it gives u more satisfaction when u leave the place in the ending" yeah no shite dude it was BORING!!!!

suddenly the AC brainrot is back thanks to New Horizons (yes I got into it 4 years late shaddup) so the least I can do is give THE childhood game (alongside a couple others) for me the rating it deserves c:

hm? oh don't mind me i'm just giving this game the rating i feel it deserves before i proceed to never touch it again

2020

life jam guy is my idol so its a good thing the rest of the game is almost as perfect as him

I wanna give it an astronomally low score for the sheer fact an update as minimal as this was even allowed to release but I'm feeling nice today c:

ngl it's impossible to go back to the original after this

I mean I'm not gonna say with a straight face that it's better than OG 1 but like idk I like it more
