if it weren't for the downgrade in story then this game would be 5 stars

combat is a bit janky but still fun

i want to give this game a higher score but the combat is just way too slow

good story and it improved on 7's slow combat

this game is like edging

kinda goated but not as good as mario galaxy still really fun though

if you view this game as a standalone game that you don't take seriously then it's really solid, gameplay is still extremely fun and i'll definitely go back to this at some point

the fact i can pick between playing as mr beast, the weeknd or sasuke says enough about why the games good

other than the smirk system this game's extremely fun with a really memorable soundtrack and characters that aren't perfect by any means are still pretty good

genuinely peak of the cod series

for every good thing about this game there's atleast 3 bad things

main issues with this game are some of the characters (especially marie) and overall some of the added content that golden provides that somewhat make the game feel less of a "stuck out in a small town with nothing to do" thing to a "haha beach episode everyone!!" type thing

overall though still the best out of the modern persona games
