This and X7 made me appreciate the classic and Zero series more because at least those are consistently good.

The fact that I actually hate this more then X7 actually shocks me if I'm being honest but this is probably one of the worst designed and unfair games I have ever played like holy shit. We got one stage which is literally a straight line with enemies, nightmare viruses, a stage that is literally just 50 donut battles in a row, and some of the worst bosses in the X series, or even the entire series in general, what were they thinking. The soundtrack slaps but I can say the same thing about Sticker Star if I'm being honest though, but holy shit I'd rather play the first two classic MM Game Boy games again then return to this shit. I will at least say this though, unlike X7, X6 at least retains the gameplay style from the previous 5 games but that doesn't matter since the level design is fucking atrocious. I also got to the last gate stage with Shadow X but I rage quit at a certain part and since I didn't have much of the game left I'm marking it as completed, I did it with X7 and I'll do it again.

I've heard good things about X8 so please let them be true I don't think I could handle another MMX game as bad as this.

I played this for like 5 minutes and decided that was all I needed to play.

Far too safe and familiar to be an interesting remake, though it may be occasionally fun. Compared to RE2make it may even be a bad one. RE4make is boringly slavish to the original game while lacking all of its style. And it's clear now, though everyone could see it coming since the rumors that they were remaking this first emerged, but this was not the RE franchises' RE4 moment for the 2020s--it is RE2make that will be remembered as a watershed moment for popular horror games.

Why did James go to Silent Hill even though he knew his wife was dead, is he stupid?

my life peaked when i beat the galaga minigame one time as a kid

Bro what the hell did you just tease RE5make in the end give us a DMC2 remake you bastards.

Its a good game but is probably the only remake that is actually worse then the original, mainly due to them removing some stuff like the funny Dune sandworm, some areas, and they also removed the "You want stars, I'll give you stars" line in the end. Overall, good game, meh remake.

Now tomorrow we'll be getting to the good shit.

Gameplay is solid, and the enemy variety is great. Moreau is my favourite boss fight with the best boss music to boot. The story however, is kind of a mess. The first half is a bit rough but overall is good. Up until you get to Heisenberg’s factory. That’s when the story takes a nose dive into stupidity. But still, I like it. Even if it ain’t great.

DMC2 went all the way to hell so DMC3 could be absolute kino.

It was so good I played it on hard mode and while it isn't perfect due to some mid bosses (that are more threatening then the strongest boss in DMC2) and one enemy known as the Fallen which can go burn in hell, this game is just straight up phenomenal. Can't wait to play as Vergil in the future.

Finally

I’ve earned my title

If you play this game still, im going to assume that critical thinking is not your specialty
