Finally hit my 2.0 k/d for MP, took a hot minute cause it plummeted immensely when camo-grinding as well as deliberately reverse-boosting just to see how bad it could possibly get at low-elo (example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eyftel9rSNM )

The MP this year is made for the sweatiest of tryhards (i.e. people who spend time in-between games optimizing the shit out of a loadout to create something absolutely bullshit to play against)
This means if you also like to take the game little too seriously, be prepared to play against iron sight/1x sight "quickscopers" as well as people who abuse the hell out of peeker's advantage who will laser you in sub-300ms.
That's not to say that these are the only types of players you'll come across but if you strive to be decent at this game, there is a lot of corny behavior you will come across.

Netcode being mediocre and SBMM being strict are still the same old, it is what it is.

Generally, I like it. The MP is made pretty reactionary to MWII's where the meta there was to either camp or dropshot every kill. I enjoy what SHG's doing with the MP aside from making snipers OP as shit.

It's cool, definitely earned it's badass seal of approval(this is real, I still remember this from when I was 12 for some reason)

Pretty solid, liked it enough to get all achievements. The late-game could be better(enemy variety, story rushes itself, exploration being rather fruitless later on) and it's very easy to get obscenely overpowered if you're a more thorough player. Post-game is pretty cool but doesn't have too much content going for it.
Judging by how piss-easy the game gets, I imagine this has a BBI-esque expansion that was being worked on simultaneously with core dev but we'll have to wait and see.

Played this with my buddy's girlfriend 20-odd months ago and she locked up when a QTE happened resulting in me blank-face staring at the screen as I slowly lost lives getting ready to get my R1 card out while she was looking over at my buddy saying "What am I supposed to do?"
Something to think about

Campaign is absolutely ridiculous, worth playing just for the final mission alone though

SBMM makes the MP exhausting to play. It does not feel like I have a 1.68 k/d with how often I'm put into games that I have to force myself to sweat in just for an even k/d by the end. 10v10 is complete freelo lol
It's a shame the MP feels like this cause the core gameplay is a massive improvement from MW2, that said you still fall victim to horrid netcode. Bullet stacking/inconsistent TTD, peeker's advantage, dying after moving well into cover.
When it's fun, it's quite fun. When it's not, it's miserable and frustrating.

Zombies can be as engaging as you want it to be, either not at all or relatively tense. I actually kind of like chasing achievements so it gives me something to do and it's a stress-free gun grind.
As is tradition for zombies, the randoms are braindead. I take mild amusement in being a dick to the random people asking for revives.

I wouldn't say the campaign is outright shit, but it is very lazy. Personally I did prefer this over MW22's campaign for not being a complete pain to play on Vet

Overall I'd say the game's a 5 or 6. Needs some ironing out. I'd like to hope SHG can make the MP more bearable, they did with Vanguard imo. I'm one of maybe 50 people that liked that game's mp by the end of it.

Only really worth playing for the setting

More of the same with a couple new weapons, rooms, and the grapple shit. Ada's va still sounds pretty bad though.

Messy performance and the main story is kind of whatever but overall, it's pretty thoroughly enjoyable. I liked it enough where I only have 1 achievement left to get for completion and that's not something I'd ever expected myself to do for a Bethesda game. If you want to waste time doing everything the game has to offer, it can be pretty chill.

Side note, it was extremely funny marrying Sarah and then immediately divorcing her so I could move on to Andreja's quest. Even funnier when I realized that I could remarry Sarah after she stopped being so pissed at me.

Brilliant. Before I even read the steam description that says "inspired by the Wario Land series" I already had that idea in the back of my head just watching the trailer.

As I said like a year ago, meh campaign and meh zombies. But I absolutely had way more fun with the MP in this than MW2. Can't even really say "shit maps aside" here cause every God damn CoD in the past 4 years has had dogshit maps.

Pretty good. It's a fair challenge on hard and I can definitely see myself attempting impossible a few times. Game fucked up and gave me the impossible mode achievement for my initial botched run though.

I got used to the mp, maps are still whatever but now I don't despise the game(save for when I get fucked by spawns or netcode), just the other players.
I absolutely loved dropping the VTOL + Chopper combo on shitters in MW19 and I love doing it here. Best part is that the VTOL and Chopper crashes fucking kill people and are liable to take out whole fucking spawn waves

Still think the campaign was unfun with a lame tryhard script which is pretty damn funny considering I like the MW19 campaign and that admittedly is pretty damn tryhard. DMZ is boring. Reserving full judgment on wz2 for when season 2 drops. Yea it's still pretty whatever, lame

I don't really want to go in-depth here so Im just gonna say what Im thinking about.

Linear game with very minor exploration. Which isn't a bad thing, it's just that the game very quickly starts to feel formulaic.
You wander around through hallways to obvious combat arenas, crawl through vents and are shoehorned on to various narrow hold w to progress pathways for a jumpscare at the end.
Speaking of the jumpscares, they aren't really that good nor do they work that well. Granted, sure, it's "like Dead Space"
Back to the exploration, sometimes you get a side path which typically has some supplies for you to grab. Sometimes the game doesn't really show off which path is the main one. Sometimes you end up taking the main path, realize it after a minute or so of jogging and then back track to go grab whatever you might've missed. It can be pretty boring outside of combat, it is most of the time.

The combat can be pretty engaging when you get into the flow of dodge>combo>gun follow-up>stomp dead body for item drop.
When you get the GRP glove you essentially have all the utility you need in the game, greatly trivializing the rest of the playthrough outside of boss fights. The arenas in this game have very obvious throw enemy here for instant kill traps for you to use.
Also there's stealth in this game but it's pretty half-baked and just slapped in there so you can have a setpiece with a lot of blind enemies about halfway through the game.
It's a pretty boring segment and I kind of felt like I was cheesing that part by actually stealth killing most of the enemies which isn't very hard to do considering how artificial the ai pathing felt where they sometimes just line up for you to stealth kill them.
By the way, enemy item drops sometimes just don't show up which might be intentional but I doubt it considering it's like a 1 in 20 chance that bodies dont drop something or they do show up but they drop in a spot where you can't actually grab it.
You know that first Birkin fight in RE2make? Well that's most of the bosses in this game. Run, shoot, run, shoot. There are a couple bosses where instead of running and shooting, you get to dodge and melee them. Oh yea dodging in this game is just alternating A/D or left/right. You just hold it down and the game does it for you, sometimes unintentionally. So yea some of the bosses is A>D>A>Melee combo>gun followup.

Checkpoints in this game are iffy, they are sometimes placed pretty far back so you have to redo long walks or even worse, heal/use shop/switch weapons/reload weapons again after dying at a checkpoint for the 4th time. It can get pretty tiresome. Also manual saves aren't actual saves, they are just snapshots of checkpoints.

Game felt too easy halfway through, I cranked it up to maximum difficulty, game still gave me the hard mode achievement. Probably not gonna do another playthrough of this. Wish I didn't spend $60 on this. Oh well, I have a job, I get paid Tuesday, I'm not gonna worry so much about the $60 I spent on this in a week. Also disregard this, this is a bad spending habit.

Anyway, I'm not sure if I should really put this is a 5 or a 6, when the game had fun encounters, it was a solid 6, otherwise boring and unremarkable. I wouldn't recommend this but I got some enjoyment out of it.

Final note: I have not talked about the story, the visuals, or music. It was all pretty whatever.
Cliches
Kind of shitty gore also sci-fi unreal engine 4 game
Shrill sfx
Whatever.
