Really fun game, the combat is pretty good, the boss fights are great, the story is barely there but it's still enjoyable because of how goofy it is, and Rabbid Peach is the best character.

Now, it's not all sunshine and rainbows, this game does have some serious flaws, like the gameplay outside combat is terrible, the puzzles are bland and almost never reward you for finishing them, 90% os the chests are useless, except for the gold ones and the random brown ones that give you skill orbs, the normal enemy variety is very poor, they just change their skins in the different worlds and make them have a different super effect.

The party is also not well balanced, Mario being the leader and never leaving the party makes sense, but his kit is kinda bland, Peach's and Rabbid Mario's long range weapons are also terrible because they are friendly fire machines, and kits that excell in close combat aren't great either. Also didn't like how you are not able to not have a party without 1 rabbid.

A real evolution from Tekken 7, in almost all areas.

The gameplay is so fucking good and the new special style is perfect for playing characters you know nothing about or if you're inexperienced with the fighting games. Now there are stuff you can do if you don't like playing online, like me.

Even though Tekken's story is still awful, this time, the presentation is amazing, they made this terrible and nonsensical story actually hype and fun to go through. Tekken Ball is really fun and Arcade Quest is goofy but still playable and enjoyable.

The 3 new characters are fun to play but holy fuck, Azucena has an insufforable personality, they really wanted to create an annoying character.

The Arcade Ladder is still abandoned, with the character endings locked to the Character Episodes, so there is no reason to play it, once again. They were perfect in Tekken 5 and since then, it has only gone downhill. These Character Episodes are really boring and the endings are really bad, but not as bad as Tekken 7's.

One of the best remakes I've ever played, even though it stayed true to the original, there were a plethora of QoL changes that make this the best version of the game. There are a few problems, but the good parts REALLY overshadow them.

Some of the problems are: Tartarus still sucks ass, this type of dungeon is terrible, but the gameplay alone makes it bearable, the school Social Links being tied to school days, specially your party members, is awfull, the club is incomplete, it's REALLY ugly and they completely BUTCHERED Burn My Dread -Last Battle-.

The best thing they've done for this game, and they need to do this as well for P6, completely voiced Social Links. This makes the bad ones more fun and the good ones even better, even most dialogues across the game are voiced, this was awesome.

Not nearly as good as Assault on Dragon Keep, and just like the normal game from Borderlands 3, it's carried by the gameplay.

The Good: Melee combat is really good and fun, the spells are a worthy replacement for grenades, and I think they are 100% better, weapon variation is as good as ever, the gunplay is flawless, the easter eggs are awesome, they are usually the best missions in the game, Mr. Torgue being in this game is also perfect, I enjoyed the Overworld and these incopetent writers from Gearbox were finally able to create a good villain.

The Bad: I didn't like the enviroments, they feel too overdesigned, which is a recurring problem with this game, the classes are really boring and having 1 skill tree each is annoying and doesn't encourage variation, the story is pretty bland and boring, almost all new characters are annoying and cringe.

The Ugly: The entire UI is dreadful, HORRIBLE to look at because it's too OVERDESIGNED, too many details that just hinders comparing gear and using the minimap for example. The endgame is also a joke, chaos chambers are boring as hell, and that is the only good farming spot, just awful.

An improvement on Chains of Olympus in almost every way, just the secondary weapon is worse in this game, Ghost of Sparta is also harder because there are a bunch of annoying enemies. Last but not least, I REALLY LOVE the golden Blades of Athena

Good game overall, the story is great, the gameplay is as good as ever, the enemies are a bit annoying and the weapons are boring.

Fuck the Tartarus jump

This game is the perfected Yakuza beat em up formula. It' almost a complete improvement from the first game, the combat is more fluid, you now get a good amount of SP from missions, side cases and combat, the gear system is simple but good, the mini games are better as well. The story is completely subjective, but I enjoyed as much as the first game, and the OST is of similar quality as well.

This game is just ok, the only part of the game that stands out is the visuals, it's BEAUTIFUL. The rest is really mid, the gameplay, music, voice acting, story and characters, but it's still enjoyable, since the game is not long.

The only flaws in this game are, in my opinion, the minigames are not as fun and crazy as the Yakuza series, they are a bit boring, the combat can get a little repetitive by the last third of the game, because they loooooove to send you 100s of goons for you to fight, and the trailing missions (these are never good, in any game). Everything else is pretty fucking good, the story, characters, sidemissions and ost, this game is awesome

I'm utterly dissapointed. I loved the story from the original but absolutely hated the gameplay and hoped this game would fix that, but it didn't and fucked up almost everything. I'm neutral to the changes in the story, we need the next games to release to see if they're good or not, but fuck this shit man, WHY DIDN'T THEY JUST MAKE A FAITHFULL REMAKE WITH AN UPDATED COMBAT SYSTEM, the filler in this game is fucking awful. If I could describe this game with one word, it would be SLOW

An awesome and worthy sequel! They managed to make the game feel different enough to the last 2 without changing much, and the game is also not long enough to feel repetitive, really liked the amount of time to 100% the game.

The story is just a bit better than the first game, the side activities are a sidegrade in my opinion, some are better, some are worse than before, the gadgets in this game is are ok, I prefer the old ones and the new abilities are really cool, just wish their cooldown was a lot lower or that they recharged between combat encounters. I also expected to be more original suits, but the new recolors of the repeting ones does wonders to most of them, and unfortunately, most of the new original suits are really ugly, with a few excepctions.

What was a lot worse for me were the crimes, holy fuck they are even worse than the ones in the first game, specially the car chases, they are completely automatic now. And the last big negative are the face models, I don't know what they did but it sure does look worse than SM Remastered and MM, but the worse offender is definitely Mary Jane, wtf happened to her face, at least they made her playable missions more bearable.

Overall, it's a sequel that actually is better than the first game, but not by a lot, just slightly better!

100% the most overhyped game I've ever played, nothing actually met my expectations, the story and the ost were close, but the way people talk about this game I expected A LOT more.

I'm quite impressed by how much stuff this game has to offer for a ps1 game, I completely understand how this game was revolutionary, but I still wasn't able to enjoy the game.

The story until the halfway point (end of Disc 1) was extremely mediocre, but thankfully it gets really good after, the OST as well. The animations, cutscenes and VFXs were the best part of this game, how they were able to do them in ps1 game is beyond me.

Now, the game has aged like milk, the menus maybe were good at the time but are awful to go through, the combat system that punishes you for not playing fast is annoying as hell, the Gold Saucer is the worst part of any game I've have ever played, every mini game is terrible to play, specially the snowboard, the random encounters are way too frequent and the characters are extremely hit or miss, none are really special. Also, this is a nitpick on the PS4 version, but the HD 3D character look really bad and out of place on the overworld, the original is way pretier.

Overall, the game gets carried by the story and the ost for me, I'm completely disappointed.

The best gameplay in the series since MK9, the graphics are phenomenal and now it finally has good music, the last time it was good was in the 3D era.

One thing that I think is good but could've been better was the story. Up until chapter 9, it was amazing, but then it kinda derails, the gimmick at the end is pretty amazing tho.

Since this is a GaaS, it's missing a ton of QoL features and content, and this hurts the new gamemode, Invasions, a lot. It has potential to be good, but at launch, it's awful. In a year or 2, this game will finally be "complete", and I HATE this new trend

Really happy my friend lent me this game, it's awesome. Even though it's not perfect, it completely deserves 5 stars

Pretty good zombies and an awesome campaing, but the mp is atrocious
