Excellent Survivors-Like with unique minion mechanics and interesting level designs. All topped with a lovely artstyle. Must-play for fans of the genre.
I really love the slow process of collecting resources at the start of the game, and the power ramp up is extremely satisfying. Unfortunately, the progression peters out to a crawl within a few hours, and it loses the satisfaction of its early hours.
It just feels entirely too similar to its inspiration to feel worthwhile. There's no real spin on the genre here, and I think Vampire Survivors is just better at its core.
Excellent presentation, but it definitely outstays its welcome, even as a fan of the series. It's more a novelty than anything else, and I think it's best played for a few levels til you start to meet too much resistance, then dip out.
Stellar experience on the Deck. I'm terrible at pinball but the action is so frenetic here that it makes me want to learn to get better. Very excited for Xeno Tilt, the follow-up
There's a lot of really great aspects of the presentation and the premise, but the game's insistence on micro-managing your team completely lost me - though I understand that it will likely be a big draw for others
Fairly standard Survivors-Like bolstered by a Slay The Spire-like progression structure. I love that you can save and quit mid-run, which fixes one of my major issues of the genre, where runs can just take way too long
