Amazing atmosphere making for an incredibly unique experience, it has a very melancholy and dark tone dealing with the incredibly human relationship we all have with mortality, but it's hard to really describe how it feels without just playing it. What I can say is that everything from the main plot to random sidequests or little stories of minor characters is permeated by this thematic connection and it makes the overall story of this game incredibly special.

Absolutely do all the sidequests and minigames, Clock Town is just so alive. I also love the time loop shenanigans and it makes for a really fun game to play around in for me, and I actually really really dig the dungeon design too, and some of the bosses on top of that are extremely fun. The areas of the world aren't anything to scoff at either. They all also have the permeating atmosphere and as a result have this unique feel all the way throughout, not to mention I unironically enjoy playing through the gameplay setpieces leading to the dungeons a lot.

When it comes to the 3DS version, honestly play it but find the restoration patch, you'll thank me as imo it's the definitive version of the game.

But yeah, this is definitely my favourite Zelda game. Play OOT first but absolutely experience this gem.

I'm replaying this one and I have a good feeling about it.

Awesome unique storytelling about the nature of violence and video games that even if you've gotten spoiled by the internet is still very good and worth experiencing for yourself. Music is fucking godly and also it has the highest density of just sheer charm in any game I've ever played. Toby Fox humor clears every other game I've ever played in that department.

Given how 60-70% of the expansion is it's impressive that my rating is high as it is, but from the point where it starts to get better it really is an actual decent story with a couple amazing sequences.

Absolutely brilliant. Need to replay.

Most conflicting Trails game ever for me. The plot is definitely the best part of this, going some very unique and interesting places particularly in the last few chapters and it manages to get some really memorable moments overall. It does some really unique and significant storytelling for both itself and the series overall and that's great. I also love the gameplay system and it's its best here, with some really fun superbosses for good measure (I hate the final boss though). Unfortunately the character work, which is one of the main reasons I like Trails so much for, is absolutely all over the place and really hampered in potential by the horrible bond event system, managing to effect a few particular characters horribly and the ones it doesn't destroy it makes it structured weirdly... with the exception of Randy and Lloyd (though I have a different problem with his story even if he's really good overall) theirs were good. Also the very final few hours of the game just suck a lot sorry.

Yeah. This is one of the Trails games I have ever played.

This game is such a huge step up from the first game that it's actually funny.

Probably my absolute favourite Ace Attorney game in terms of its mystery and the integration of said mysteries into the main plot, it's absolutely enthralling and when things connect it's so damn satisfying.

The case quality is also one of the highest in the series.

Character wise, the main cast is strong enough overall, mostly based on a few particular characters. Side character wise, they're generally not that impressive but the few exceptions are kind of mindblowing. The music is great too. My second favourite AA game and an absolute blast.

Oh yeah also Logic Chess is incredibly good at its best.

Final case is great and the rest isn't but it really is not as bad as people make it out to be and I find the lows of any other game in the series that isn't from TGAAC or AAI2 are on the same level as the lows of this game.

It's pretty good in terms of themes, characters and worldbuilding. I'll need to replay it though but god knows when that'll happen, you're looking in terms of several years down the road.

First up, very fun gameplay, making me start to genuinely consistently enjoy the duties all around, especially extending to the great side content, and great music. While a bulk of base SB is progressed in a rather uninteresting way and some characters fall overall flat (yes is a big issue), the patches start to move much more quickly and wrap up character arcs well with some really good scenes as it doesn't lose momentum all the way until they set up Shadowbringers.

Another big point of praise is the detailed and multifaceted commentary on the various effects and motivations relating to colonialism it has, which it executes very well.

The anime is better but being the original source of a 10/10 adaptation it's still obviously really fucking good. It helps that it has some content that the anime didn't touch, some of which is pretty good.

Amazing music, the SoL is probably one of my favourites in VNs as a whole and Tomoya is literally peak protagonist. Very well done emotional moments in general.

Obviously though the main highlight is After Story and is the main reason people love this one and well, yeah it is a sight to behold and absolutely deserves its reputation.

This game is actively offensive. 90% or more of the story just straight sucks and Tomoya and Tomoyo are at best substanceless imitations of what they were in the base game. Nothing about this is worth it as a sequel to Clannad. Please skip.

It's pretty amazing if you're looking for a story which makes its story beats feel about as amazing in the most Ace Attorney way possible, but my eyes have been opened to how so much about the overarching story straight up is incredibly poorly written and kind of offensive hence I can't go back anymore. It still has redeeming parts tho tbh.

It is mostly lackluster for me like any other Pokemon game but instead of having fun with the little I do like the dated elements of the gameplay are something I hated. Particularly the grinding needed to complete the game which hit me during the finale right before attempting the Elite Four and made the finale a miserable experience. I like Liz and Tate.

Pretty fun and classic Toby Fox with interesting hints of greater darker themes. The music clears as usual.
