I'm glad you've made this list because just a few days ago I was thinking of this exact idea. My contributions are Keep Me Posted and Postbird in Provence. And maybe also Wind Waker? I know you sort mail in that but I'm not sure if you deliver it as well, so actually not 100% sure if it fits.
