Critical lack of slopes

It’s fun, but it definitely shows its age.

It’s pretty fun with friends, but the learning curve is brutal since people have been playing since launch, so getting into it nowadays with no experience is not great.

I mean it’s alright like

Campaign was so goated and the Frontier Defense mode is super fun with friends.

Excellent game, but nowhere near as good as the other 3D Mario games.

Still pretty fun but definitely shows its age. Double Dash, Wii, and 8 are all significantly better.

I don’t usually like racing games, but this one is so goated

Peak platform fighter, only issue is that Nintendo’s online mode sucks and some characters are annoying to play against. I still play regularly and have for years now though.

Only complaint is that it was too short I need more

I got second place after 4 consecutive wins, meaning I just barely missed the infamous 5 consecutive wins achievement. I have since stopped playing the game because that trauma still taints it, and am too scared to return to it. I will carry that trauma until my grave.

Excellent couch co-op game, but not at the level of New Super Mario Bros. Wii or Kirby’s Return to Dreamland.

This game still keeps me up at night both because it’s scary and also existential dread

Runs terribly but the zombies mode is still goated
