Sup! I'm Proto. I like to play video games and then write paragraphs about my feelings on them, so stick around if you like that sort of stuff.
Here's a basic idea for how I go about scoring/reviewing games on here:
10 - Masterpiece - Maybe not a perfect game (because what game is), but certainly a perfect gaming experience. The pinnacle of what the medium has to offer.
9 - Fantastic - A game that stands firmly among its genre as one of its best. An innovative, unique experience.
8 - Amazing - Just simply a great experience. An awesome game that nails just about every aspect that it is made up of.
7 - Good - A game with a solid foundation. It may not be the most ground-breaking thing, but it was still an overall enjoyable time.
6 - Decent - A title that's held back significantly, but isn't completely irredeemable.
5 - Mediocre - It's mid. It's a game that just left me indifferent overall.
4 and below - Bad - I hated it. Simple as that.

Definitely up there as a contender for the greatest second game in a series.
This game is masterful work. Maybe my favorite Valve game, unless that Half-Life 2 replay really hits. This game fails at nothing. Every level, every puzzle, every area, every character accompanied by their sharp, witty writing and iconic performances is nothing less than top-tier. THIS is how you make a single-player puzzle/platformer, ladies and gentlemen. It's crazy that this game is over 10 years old because it feels so fresh despite it all. Portal 2 in 2024 still feels as in touch and supreme in the gaming sphere as it did in 2011. I can do nothing but praise this game.

Still such a fun little short title to blast through. All killer, no filler. It lowkey feels like a tech demo with some extra steps but it kind of makes the impact of it all the more amazing.
Fucking beautiful game. Great new release on PC to test my specs on... and that's about all I have to say that's good because the rest of what I played was dreadfully uninspiring and boring. The one exception to that being that the very minimal HUD and reliance on visuals to guide the player is genuinely really cool and something that more games should borrow from.
