as someone who genuinely loves the original prime this just did nothing for me

starts out slower than any yakuza game before and after it and never reaches the same highs either.

Looks great, plays fine too. The writing is uninspired as all hell and the open world isn't as engaging as it makes itself out to be in the first few hours. Just painfully average, but really shiny and fun to play. In other words all style no substance.

surprised me with how solid it was, but not enough to sit through 70+ hours. If it was trimmed down by like half it'd be a genuinely good game.
