By far the peak of action-adventure-linear-story-campaign thingies. It's excellently paced in terms of gameplay, story, exploration, etc. Furthermore, it proves the age old false dichotomy of "do you want good story or good gameplay?" is so deeply wrong it's unbelievable. Excellent fucking experience. Almost no complaints.

Very endearing and impressive aesthetics mask very unremarkable gameplay on foot, and frustratingly shallow gameplay in air. The small subsystems of parrying or more specific gimmicks pay off here and there, but cutting down on quantity and further fleshing out the unique aspects of individual fights would've done this game much good.

What's better than this. Guys being dudes.

Considering this is a tech demo, this is certainly both technical and demonstrative.

Doesn't really tie its themes up as cleanly as I'd like, and some puzzles feel pointless but it's seriously hard to not smile a little at this game for its brilliant aesthetics and charming moments. Oh, and the music doesn't fit the tone like at all. Overall fun

Best final boss ever maybe perhaps possibly???

fuck it act 2 out 10/10

Cute little platformer but the sequel blows it so far out of the water that it's hard to look back on. Yes the combat really
was that bad, yes the levels sort of blended together, yes the ability balancing was awkward and sort of arbitrary. It has a good heart and some great moments with pretty decent puzzle and platforming sections here and there, but I struggle to come up with moments or memories that drive me to replay it, and for such a short game that's not great.

An excellent story horribly told. A cautionary tale about the dangers of having a team full of great writers, artists, actors, and programmers but not a single good game designer. Still technically impressive and often enough stumbles into a little bit of fun, though

I lied I haven't played this remaster but can anyone explain to me why it's listed as playable on Android? Is this an RE4 situation?
