More polished than Huge Adventure / XS, a worthy portable game with good Crash spirit. Not bad.

Pretty stiff game even for 2007, but I loved the scope of the story and the promise of greater things to come (which I haven’t played yet).

As of writing this review, this is the only Far Cry I have played. But what a blast! The chrome neon 80s aesthetic is overplayed these days, but this did it so well, it still looks good.
Content-wise it is teetering between a great DLC and a short game. But because of this it isn’t bogged down by needless additions and is instead pure fun for a shorter time.

Excellent DLC. Personally not on the same tier as base game or Blood and Wine. Nonetheless, it was great, the new characters are welcome, the wedding reception was a fun respite, and Gaunter is a villain deserving of his own full game. But it was a bit short, as was the final boss fight.

I think I may have to return to this as I wasn't blown away like everyone else seems to be.

The moving sprites look great and I can appreciate the good endgame content, but it felt like more of the same and the Pokemon designs didn't resonate with me this generation.

It certainly is better than the recent gens though, some semblance of difficulty still exists here.

Played after Risk of Rain 2. I like the ambitious choice of jumping from 2D to 3D with the sequel. Feels like they brought it to life, and the 3D space works a lot better than 2D for this genre. However, this was still a bit of fun to play through.

A charming little game with a turn-based JRPG style. The full inclusion of all the main areas of the story such as Gringotts and Diagonal Alley, as well as the whole castle was very cool. There was also incentive to explore, to “capture” all the enemies and find the trading cards. There were also some fun minigames.
However sometimes it was easy to forget where you’re going or get lost and have to go through the whole castle looking the next dialogue to continue the story.

It’s all here, a campaign, great controls and gameplay.
But it somehow has the soul of a tech demo. It’s like if Halo was just Master Chief silently trudging around killing grunts with no one to talk to and no story.

Free advertisement for Fast and Furious in the form of a short Forza Horizon 2 demo / experience with the Fast and Furious cars. Good way to check out Forza Horizon 2 for a moment, nothing more.

The AC franchise loses me quickly, It lost me with Brotherhood after the success of AC2, but I do remember this one being good enough to finish. I have only occasionally come back when they go in a new direction, like Black Flag or the “soft reboot” of Origins.

A bit of a slog to get through alone in circa 2010. Back in the day in arcade or on SNES with friends would’ve been a different story - like most games in the genre to be honest.

Wow, this game has negative reviews. I for one, thought it was a great little Power Rangers game. Played in the Christmas holidays many years go, visiting a cousin who owned it, and I’ve recently replayed.

I liked the loop of finding weapons / tools, saving civilians and taking out enemies. The music and sound effects were fun. Each ranger had different stats to provide a little individuality. And the Zord battles were not awful.

Good for GBC.

Doesn’t offer anything more than the original, the updated graphics are kind of just different rather than an upgrade.

Good concept… basically a proto-God of War 2018 but with PTSD.
Very linear and bare bones by modern standards, yet very emotive and harrowing. The graphics were great for the time, still looks close visually to God of War 2018. The 3D audio was a standout.

A staple for X360, still considered one of the best CoD games. I didn’t have good internet yet so didn’t appreciate this MP in its heyday.
