A very solid Kirby adventure, though I will say the bosses rely on the fighting in the foreground and background gimmick way too heavily. Very often I found myself waiting an agonizing amount of time just to lay some hits on the bosses. And just like Forgotten Land, I feel the keychains were pointless padding, but ultimately harmless. Overall though, a great time.

God of War is a really solid and fun game, but I feel the combat can feel a bit jank at times, in addition, I didn't feel compelled to do any side content, as it seemed tacked on. however, the story was easily the best part. The music easily enhanced the Atmosphere as well and the visuals are still quite breathtaking.

Overall, I found the game enjoyable, but there were some snags. The story was... fine. I liked the characters and found them the reason I watched the cutscenes through, it all felt unfocused and inconsistent. The visuals were very nice and colorful, however you can still see the roots of it being a Sonic fan game. Combat also felt button mashy and many of my wins in the late game felt like luck. But it still comes with a high recommendation.

An incredible improvement over the first game in just about every regard. The visuals, level design, boss fights, and ESPECIALLY the story. I genuinely found the story incredibly engaging, and I was invested in the characters, even the antagonists like Merga. I can't wait to take some time to play as the other characters like MIlla or Carol. My main complaint was some of the levels went on a bit too long, and there were two I didn't like, such as the secret final level, but that's two meh levels out of a sea of bangers. This game gets a high recommendation.

The best Sonic game since Sonic Generations, and this is coming from someone who enjoyed Lost World. The music is stellar, the visuals look really nice outside of the pop-in, the game controls very well too. Although there are some snags. Such as the physics in Cyberspace levels being garbage, hated them. but overall, a HUGE step in the right direction, and a promising look into the future of Sonic.
