Toilet Turret Good.

I really wanted to enjoy this game, but it's practically unplayable. Totally flat combat, where you are fighting the controls while trying to discern what you can even attack onscreen. I gave this game a little over three or so hours and just can't do it anymore. There's an idea here, but the mechanics are so muddled it makes a potentially fun experience nothing more than frustrating.

Tony Hawk Pro Slayer

A fantastic little point and click adventure. Humorous, with multiple puzzle solutions, and fun secrets to discover. Can be completed in under 2-3 hours. I really enjoyed playing this in bed for a few nights in a row. Eager to return again and find the achievements I missed. Definitely worth your time.

Great 2D platform/puzzle game. Charming graphics, great soundtrack, and very digestible. Really enjoyed playing through this the last few evenings. Rewarding achievements and secret hunting throughout. Absolutely worth checking out.

Slay Bro Slay.

Awesome side scrolling finger flicking action. Once you get a handle of the mechanics you can really get into a nice flow. A super fun take in the skateboarding genre.

Satisfying to play at first, but after a few hours the combat becomes very contrived. Dash, shoot, dash, shoot, scavenge resources, repeat. I got very frustrated when I lost a boss fight the other evening, and the game is just going to force you to repeat the previous ten minutes of destroying barely-threatening ads. Uninstalled the game. Wanted this one to come through. It has great movement mechanics, but not dynamic enough to remain engaging.

Fantastic adventure game. Cute characters, charming music, and great art aesthetic frame this title perfectly. A moderate challenge that unfolds as you play, rather than demanding too much attention. Nice length. Feels good to play.

Great action x adventure game with cute graphics, a great soundtrack, and tight mechanics. Really enjoyed the main story, and currently exploring some of the end game. Definitely worth checking out.

Very lovely 3D side-scrolling platformer and adventure game. Creepy atmosphere with lovely set pieces throughout. Found myself often walking around the nooks and crannies of each area to admire the details. Eager to checkout the sequel, and return to this again in the future to cleanup some achievements.

Fantastic addition to the 2D Metroid saga. Tough as nails at times. Rhythmic and complicated boss encounters. Great job building tension into a side scrolling action game.

Very much loved the story and setting behind this game. Heartfelt, sad, uplifting, and honest. Mechanically, I had my gripes with the platforming from time to time. Things can get a bit repetitive whilst feeling out the puzzle areas. However the setting and narrative get me engaged to the end. Runs a little chunky on Switch, but still enjoyable. Would recommend for those looking for something with a more diverse narrative.
