somehow most eastern studios have yet to figure out how to make world exploration and questing enjoyable. what they do excel at however, is putting big fucking monsters and crazy anime shit on the screen, and that is where FF16 shines. take that and combine it with great world building and performances and you more than make up for the flaws

fuck the wizzrobe community

love being a purple dragon that collects gems

one of the best stories in gaming brought further to life by the improved visuals. the gameplay exists, big missed opportunity by not doing more with it to bring it on par with TLOU2

og DS2 is probably better than SOTFS but still very much a tedious pizza shit

pretty fun until that 80s game progression kicks in

I'm a paladin trapped in a dark knight's body

unfortunately when the series started leaning heavy into the minigames, but at least I'm not playing as a monkey with a raygun... yet

I'm playing as a monkey with a raygun on a skateboard. help

when I die bury me in fracture hills so my women can properly mourn me

DS3 waiting room. everything's pretty solid except the boring bosses and chalice slog to reach pthumerian queen

once you grab the lordvessel, use it to skip over the last third of the game and DS2 by warping straight to DS3

solid remake that's simple and fun. not that challenging and that’s ok. dark souls is definitely the better game but sometimes I think that I might prefer this over it
