Perfect mix of serious and goofy, easily the highlight of the series. I'd put this over any GTA game. The soundtrack, story, and characters are all great and the game is super entertaining whether you're going legit or just spamming cheat codes. Tons of fun.

A little too faithful to the originals. Really no quality of life improvements whatsoever. Can't recommend unless you really want that impossibly difficult arcade experience.

The complete opposite of Lost in Nightmares - All action and no horror. Playing as Jill is cool and Josh is fine, but there isn't much else here. All the enemies and guns you've seen before, only thing new is the melee attacks. Very forgettable.

Originally abandoned it after trying to play on my own. Never would've finished this grindfest if I didn't have a friend who ended up playing through with me. Had a very unique style and original mechanics, but man is it a chore.

I understand the negative reception to Resident Evil 5 - It abandons the series' trademark campiness and instead takes itself way too seriously. Large portions of the game take place in broad daylight and I'm not sure if there are any real scary or tense moments.

But if you're able to look past the humorless story and not go in expecting a real horror experience , the game is fantastic. The setting is absolutely beautiful, with graphics that still compare to games releasing today. Playing co-op with a friend is insanely fun. The enemy and boss variety are top notch as well.

I remember renting this from the library to see if it was any good. It wasn't.

Works a lot better as a mobile game than a console game. It has a ton of charm, especially when first starting out. It eventually becomes a stressful grind with not much of a clear goal apart from maxing out everyone's stats. The combat is incredibly boring, especially at higher levels - I can't believe you can't skip or fast-forward it.

Far inferior to both its sequel and the previous Mortal Kombat 9, but a great first attempt by NetherRealm at making something non-Mortal Kombat.

An extremely boring and limited roster (without the DLC that they shove down your throat at least), a total lack of game modes and innovation, and a pointless story mode. As a non-competitive player, this game has absolutely nothing going for it. Doesn't feel, look, or play better than SSF4, let alone modern fighting game competition.

A fantastic, albeit short, DLC that really leaves you wishing they went with the original plan of multiple DLCs instead of doing a Playstation Move version of the base game instead. The difficult controls add to the tension and fear.

Super janky, also super fun. Great game for fucking around with friends - Just don't expect a good story or anything like that. The gameplay is fine and the technical aspects are great when not glitching out. Great loot and skill system as well.

Hard as shit. I remember the difficulty more than anything else. Partly a fun challenge, partly bullshit. Some cool scenery and not too kiddie.

Way better than the first game - The tone is lighter, but the protagonist actually has a personality and the gameplay/story are vastly improved. Often find myself questioning if buying the remaster and going through again would be worth it.

Have always hated Harry Potter but still enjoyed this due to the usual LEGO wackiness. I do distinctly remember it being super buggy.

The story is the highlight, with generic gameplay and an empty open world holding it back.
