I greatly enjoyed Ragnarok - the art direction was spectacular, the ability to blend a unique story with Norse mythology continues to impress, and the gameplay was satisfying (if a bit repetitive at times. This story builds off of GoW 2018's themes beautifully and delivers an emotional end that I really enjoyed

Really enjoyed Horizon Forbidden West. I didn't play the original, but still felt swept up in the expansive world building. The story was fun, though not my favorite of this year. Gameplay was exciting, and art style was very impressive.

One of my favorite childhood games and still one of my favorite Star Wars stories to date. Playing on Xbox back then really shows how the game was left unifished but the cast of characters, the story, and the fun gameply still made places it close to the top of my gaming favorites list.
