All of the Blackwell games merge together in my head, so the rating for each individual game can be thought of as a series rating.

All of the Blackwell games are well-made PnC adventures with interesting stories and puzzles. The series manages to pull of a 5-game storyline fairly well and it's one of the first series of games I would recommend for anybody looking to get into PnC games.

Pretty unique puzzle game with a good time mechanic. Not much more to say, it's been 2 years since I've played this but I remember enjoying it.

Unique story that you don't see in video games ever...you play as a real estate agent that ends up in the mob. Better than average PnC, but Grundislav's worst.

Fantastic turn based tactics game where almost nothing is random and it's almost entirely up to the player to succeed or fail. Once you understand the game, it becomes more of a puzzle game than anything, and sometimes I'll be staring at the current board state for 15 mins before making my move. Plays more like a board game than a video game at times, and I think that's why it's one of the only rogue-lites that has kept my attention for more than 4 hours.

Another well-made PnC adventure with a fun story and a nice art style. Some of the puzzles involved moon logic and my wife and I got stuck on multiple occasions, but had fun nonetheless.

An above average PnC with a story that gets delightfully creepy towards the end.

Grundislav's best work to date. Felt like a combination between a PnC and Sherlock Holmes Consulting Detective. Unique worldbuilding, fun puzzle solving, and beautiful pixel art makes this PnC a must-play.

An amazing 2D action platformer that turns from a linear stage-based game to a metroidvania style "open world." The gameplay is super tight, the story and writing are excellent, the music bangs, and the 8-bit/16-bit is used as more than just a gimmick. I'm excited for whatever Sabotage does in the future, and am looking forward to Sea of Stars in 2022. I wouldn't be surprised if I end up picking this up again on PS4 to get the trophies.

This might be the most British game I've ever played. Played this one with the wife and both enjoyed our time with it. Story and writing are witty and the puzzles are well done.

Wasn't a fan of this one. I felt like the puzzles didn't make any sense and played 75% of it with a walkthrough. I don't remember much of anything about it, but like all Wadjet Eye Games, it looks and sounds nice.

I don't know if I like the verb system in these older PnC games, and the moon logic in some of the puzzles are ridiculous. Still though, the story is a fun pirate romp and my wife and I had fun playing through it together.
