a vast upgrade over its previous installment. an unnerving psychological horror VN. doesn't help my tolerance to horror is zero but still was a fun experience

an extremely short yet unnerving read. won't even lie scared the fuck out of me my horror tolerance is next to zero

the definition of a sensory overload game. it was enjoyable for sure, the different endings and outcomes plus the aesthetics of the game add a lot of fun replay value. i admit getting happy end world fucked me up a little bit it tugged at my heartstrings a bit and i feel it teaches a very valuable lesson of disconnecting from the internet as being terminally attached to it will have impacts on your mental health

a game carried by its battle system. im not sure if ive felt this way about a game's story before but its definitely something. but holy fuck the music. and battle system. this shit blew my mind as a kid, fayt leingoat is consistently on timing

would've been a 5 if it had a good story. if you play the game for the battle system and ignore facets of the story you WILL love this game if you like fast paced action RPGs

i haven't even gotten past chapter 2 and its probably one of my favorite games to play. whether its progressing story or just killing random people you come across its just good open world fun

for a gameboy pokemon game, you'd expect to be clunky and feel rough to play. nope its sick. ive replayed this on hardware multiple times this game is pure soul

AIRHORNS
taught me how to dance, motivates me to dance. not hard to get into, and if you're interested in anyway possible i implore you to play it, its so much fun

Every day, hanging around
I'm waiting for the sun to come out
In every way I'm shouting out loud
I want you now

So send me your love tonight
And I will hold it tight
Catch a ray of light from up above
Then I feel the sunshine of your love
And one drop will be just enough

SUNKiSS♥DROP
Your warm embrace
Now your love is shining through
And the beauty that you bring
Just lifts me up in everything that I do

When I feel the sunlight on my face
I'm so happy that I sing this song
All day I wanna touch you feel your SUNKiSS♥DROP

(I want it , I need it , I feel your SUNKiSS♥DROP)

SUNKiSS♥DROP
Is on my lips
You make all my dreams come true
And the loving that you bring
Just feels so good
And everytime you come through

Then I see the smile upon your face
And my love for you goes on and on
All day I wanna touch you feel your SUNKiSS♥DROP

GOOD, GOOD! KEEP ON GOING

the mark of my ddr addiction. also the mark where they began to amp up difficulty (paranoia survivor, sakura, trip machine survivor, the legend of max, etc)
plus the returning song list is ALSO gas. its so good
i love tapping arrows its so fun

played and finished this game at a friend's house at 2am. genuinely mindfucking experience i love it

as the mystery of mary gradually unfolds before you and you begin to see what really happened between the two, it only gets enhanced by the OST and the atmosphere adding that much more pressure on you. i never felt so uneasy playing a game which is insane to me, ive never really played games like that before

the shotgun carried tf out of me

note that i've ONLY played re4 remake. i haven't played re4 original so people making the comparison may have a point but i came into re4r without any experience w the game prior

the game is genuinely a good time! the plot is kind of corny but based on what i hear about re4 it's supposed to be and it DOES have a lot of charm in application.
inventory management is a whole lot of fun, using the right weapons for the right situation is also a good time and when i heard ashley is practically a walking escort mission i was afraid but honestly it isn't bad at all.

HYAUH

might be a biased review, but genuinely probably one of my favorite RPGs of all time which is crazy considering i know nothing about the story

the review applies to kh2 vanilla and kh2 fm, imo they're both interchangeable aside from some added content and whatnot:
the gameplay feel from kh1 to kh2 is genuinely insane. they upped their game crazy--adding combo modifiers to alter your approach dependent on build, different forms with different abilities and the addition of limit moves to partner with allies (jack skellington my beloved)

roxas's prologue can kind of drag but i think narratively its really cool. also not sure if intentional but if it is then roxas purposely feeling more sloppy and inexperienced in comparison to when you get sora is actually really cool--giving him the same air and ground combo to sora in kh1. its just really cool design

goofy looks cold as fuck in the box art too

the stepping stones to eventually one of the greatest RPGs (in terms of gameplay youll catch me dead before i praise the story)

aged poorly but still pretty alright i think. combat is kind of stiff no thanks to the game physics kind of sucking ass. but music and atmosphere bangs

unironically a fun vampire survivors-like game with a huge variety of characters with unique and different playstyles. gets repetitive, but that's the nature of a game like this. unlocking all the cool weapons and unlocking all the content in the game is generally a fun time. its free too

have not finished the game yet but--from what i've played, it is a fun time if you ignore the cheesy anime stereotypes. BUT the gameplay is surprisingly fun. i actually enjoy the engage mechanic a lot, giving you new and unique ways to go about maps and provide solutions to tricky situations that normally would be difficult in prior installments without it.
