F-Zero 99

Honestly, pretty great! Extremely chaotic and I don't particularly love either F-Zero nor the 99 format, but I can see the quality of the release, as well as the good design choices around the chaos. Tons of 'just one more race' energy.

While this type of game will not be for everyone, it does what it sets out to do perfectly. A beautifully relaxing game about organizing that also tells a story very well through that gameplay alone. There's one item that I won't spoil that hit me real hard with where it forced me to put it away at. Environmental storytelling chef kiss.
Didn't think I would be as interested in this as I was; it was so unique and captivating I enjoyed every minute!

Just an unbelievably polished game with such a good central mechanic that it feels like a dance once you get in the zone. Perfect pickup and play game + perfect 'flow' game.

An extremely innovative game that I am bad at playing. That music from David Wise tho!
Loved this game as a kid but the final mission is basically impossible. I think it was more fun to see Simpsons characters in a game than the actual gameplay.

An unbelievably beautiful return to the 3D Collectathon that had been missing for so many years. Loved this game from start to end and even speedran it for awhile. Charm off the charts!

Really, really good platformer that could use a liiitle more polish in some areas. It feels kinda like you're playing a Mario game, except the characters and personality are a lot more charming for me.

This game was really cute and a lot of fun! I loved all the wacky scenarios, the movement systems, and the setpieces. Although I acknowledge it wouldn't fit super well in this game, I would've liked a bit more challenge. I enjoyed the time rift sections consistently the most, I'd say.

A really fun time. It's so full of charming environments and characters as well as fun gameplay scenarios that it consistently keeps you entertained the whole way through.
It does feel way too short feeling that it doesn't embrace its full potential and some of the side collectibles aren't all that fun to do. There was even some times when the camera did get wonky and some levels did get annoying to navigate through for the post game activities.
Regardless A Hat in Time is excellent and a must play for anybody that loves 3D platformers.

Incredible game. Completely fun, charming and engaging the entire way through. This is one of the best 3D platformers I have ever played. I really enjoyed my time here.
