75% of this game may be blatant fanservice but it's also just one of the greatest 2D platformers ever made, period. Also shoutout to Tee Lopes, the absolute GOAT

WHO WILL I HAVE ICE CREAM WITH?!?!?!

A pretty average Mario RPG but it's still better than Sticker Star had any hope of being so that's cool

The absolute peak of the franchise.

Quite possibly the most consistent entry in the entire AA series, this game just keeps getting better and better with each passing moment. Shame that it never got an official English release, but the fan translation is top-notch.

Best 2D Mario game since World, hands down. I was absolutely geeking out during so many moments. It manages to make the familiar 2D formula feel fresh again and doesn't rely too heavily on nostalgia. A must play.

As someone who's not that big into RPGs, this game hooked me from the very beginning and didn't let go. The story and the characters are still absolutely fantastic, and while there are some things I have issue with in the game, it's overall an amazing title.

Flawless gameplay, incredibly well-written story that's equal parts charming and equal parts emotionally gripping, great atmosphere, amazing soundtrack, you really can't ask for a better stealth title than this one.

In spite of how absolutely ridiculous this series' plot is, this game is truly fantastic and an all-time PS2 era classic. Has some of the best gameplay of any action-RPG period and an incredibly fucking killer OST to back it up.

As someone who's always felt this was incredibly underappreciated among the 3D Mario titles, seeing it get a second life on Switch is great, and all the slight gameplay tweaks make it an even better experience here. Bowser's Fury is also a fantastic bonus mode, which I hope points towards the future of 3D Mario

This game was worth spending several hours on the music creator alone

I'm not even a huge Pikmin fan, but this game drew me in from the very beginning. Excellent stuff here, love love LOVE this game so much. May be my favorite of 2023.

A very solid follow-up to the 2018 game. I don't think I personally enjoyed it as much as the original, as I do feel the story and missions were just a little more impactful there, but it's still an overall great time and controlling Peter/Miles feels better than ever. Just waiting on that NG+ update...

This might be the most derivative sequel of all time, the only thing saving it is the fact that it just so happens to do everything (sans story) just as well as its predecessor, if not better in some areas. Over a decade later and it still holds up as one of the all-time great gaming experiences

Did you just ask me to sever my leg?
