Had some pretty cool ideas, but it wasn't as good as the first game. The entire chunk of the game that takes place in the Kingdom of the Dead was kind of a slog and then the final boss was...really disappointing. I still enjoyed the game overall. The combat, movement, and exploration feel fine though. It's a plenty-competent game, and not a terrible follow-up, it's just flawed.

A pretty damn fun game that borrows elements of Zelda's dungeons and puzzles with some really bloody action combat set to metal-as-fuck Biblical apocalypse. I love this game.

A pretty underwhelming entry. It LOOKS like it'd be a Diablo-clone, but it's not. It's simply an isometric Darksiders game, and it REALLY suffers for it.

Strife deserved better for his entry in the series.

This was my introduction to Guilty Gear. I like it fairly well still! It's a pretty simple Guilty Gear-flavored Smash Bros. clone packed in with some cute minigames. Hard to hate.

Pretty fun fighter with memorable characters and a fucking insane story that leaves off on a big cliff-hanger that gets resolved in GGXrd Revelator.

After the recent addition Rollback on PC, this is EASILY one of the best fighting games of all time. Rollback completely rekindled my love for this game and reminded me what a great time it is. With that though it brings the (negative?) bonus of really highlighting some of the issues I have with Strive that I'd previously waved off or outright ignored.

Pretty cool to play after coming from Xrd Sign and Revelator 2, it's quite different though and I have a hard time adjusting.

Zappa is cool as fuck to use though and I hope they bring him back as a fighter again in Strive.

It's awful. The gameplay is janky and clunky as all fuck, there's weird running/superspeed sections, and oh my fucking god some of the English voice acting is absolutely unbearable (Izuna namely)

Just read the wiki for the story if you want the lore, it's not even worth listening to, let alone playing.

This is not worth suffering. Save yourself.

Not bad, but it was really frustrating at times.
I didn't even bother with the contracts though.

It's really fun! This entire area is such a joy to explore and it really puts your previously honed skills to the test. The new photo mode & stickers are also great.

A really fun collect-a-thon with some pretty fun boss fights. I actually even 100%'d this before Seal the Deal and Nyakuza Metro came out.

It's pretty all-right. Nothing really bad. It's just really...meh. If you've played either of the previous entries, it's just yet more of the same but with an isekai storyline and some new cute characters. The missions are still pretty short in actual length, the story isn't that interesting, etc etc. Grenades are absolutely abysmal to use though.

A game with a lot of heart and ambition but it is so painfully hindered by its budget. I would kill to see this game fully-realized. Dragon's Dogma 2 when??

Also Into Free was such a sick main menu intro and I'm sad the license expired before they could use it in Dark Arisen.

Pretty damn fun action-RPG that falls a little flat by the end, but still pretty cool.

I love this game and am blinded by nostalgia for it, but I can recognize its flaws, especially in regards to the story and its ramifications on the series as a whole. Even still, I still enjoy it quite a bit, though Peppita's voice makes me want to strangle her.
