FUCKKKK this game's camera. everything else is pretty engaging tho

your enjoyment will depend almost entirely on how funny your friend group is. luckily, my internet besties are the funniest ppl in the world

BEST SOUNDTRACK EXCELLENT WEIRDNESS AIEEEEEE I LOVE YOUUUUU

not a big fan of reading games, unfortunately. but the gameplay and decision making was suuuper addictive. i couldnt put it down until i got at least one ending n rly enjoyed most of it :]

AHHHHH the ambience is insane i loved it so so much. idc if setting up puzzles feels like a slop from time to time bc it just means i can enjoy the environment some more. it feels incredible to be in such an alien world designed in a way that still feels easy and intuitive to navigate. im only rly droping half a star bc i think memory puzzles are boring

very pretty n i had a ton of fun with the language puzzles :] still, i kinda wish it went further with them, plus maybe having a mode where you have to do the translation instead of it being automatic, i think itd be more fun for interpretation

im so good at not killing myself

2022

its cute and charming at first but it wears off fast, i quit after like 2 and half hours n realizing oh its just some adventure game with a cat for mc

its cute :) i wish the difficulty had scaled with the levels tho, i felt like the last chapter was ez. i will say, the stamp challenges are rly fun they got me glued to my ipad like a baby on that cocomelon shit

my friend and i were very scared and prepared for days for the final battle, which was honestly maybe a tiny bit boring at some points. though maybe play sessions of 7 hours didn't help either.

the immersiveness of the final battle with the dragons and everything really made me feel a lot, im glad the battle is relatively easy compared to the rest of the game since its kinda hard to fight while tearing up. good music n visuals just get me in that mood. this would be the best game ever if there was a way to replay it without feeling like youre throwing yourself naked in a mile wide mud pit when you start the game again, i might pick it up again after a few years and i forgot most of what was there to offer though

oof ouch ok.

short and good. unfortunately relatable

yeah i liked the things Her said to me. what of it? its not like im running for president

having played hyper light drifter i definitely expected just as much subtlety in delivering an open ended story with gameplay that is so stressful in a good way it really reflects on how desperate you are to get a cure for whatever is killing you. this one isn't subtle, in fact you can figure out most of what's happening pretty quickly, and i guess the inclusion of voice acting can be to blame. i was a little sad that it isn't really a CHALLENGE, but i cant deny that despite that it was very funa nd satisfying to breeze through the bosses. and i cant deny that the artstyle in one of the most inspiring to me ive seen in a while. i just love heart machine's work!

i definitely wanted more than what i got, but what i got wasn't so bad so im not too mad about it
