This was my first playthrough and I had so much fun. Right from the beginning I thought it was perfect, and at the end I still thought the same!

I've played 7 hours of this game and I cannot convince myself to play any more of it.
The person battles were a lot of fun and I enjoyed them. The gear battles were alright, I didn't hate them but I didn't love them either. The music was hit or miss. For example, "Bonds of Sea and Flame/Fire" is amazing, while the music at Bledavik is actually quite painful.
I think the story is interesting, but the way it's presented makes it too complicated to understand. I shouldn't have to search the internet for plot summaries or Q&A's of the game's story - both which I have done just to simply UNDERSTAND what is going on, to answer the question "WHY SHOULD I CARE?", and/or to find the motivation to keep playing. (Motivation was not found.)
I think if I had played this game earlier in my life (when I was still very impressionable, or before I had received a degree in Psychology) then I probably would have liked it more.

I LOVE THIS GAME. The storytelling is PHENOMENAL. You see so many sides to the same story, each character filling you in just a bit more. It’s fantastic. And Lightning? Absolutely amazing!! This game is everything! I can’t wait to play the other games in the trilogy!

Ahh, my first Star Ocean game… and what a game it was. I loved the pixel art in this game. The battle system was so much fun, and the voice acting was excellent. I was always excited to jump on the Switch to play more of this. That’s when you know it’s a good one!

This is such a special game. I really like Squall and I enjoyed seeing him open up and develop as a character. The music is wonderful, and there’s just an aura to this game that is indescribable. As cheesy as it sounds, it’s magical.

This was my first Nancy Drew Dossier game and I LOVED it.
This game has a points system. Throughout the game, you look for hidden items, work through mini-games, and finish Nancy's sentences with the correct option while talking to other characters.
Each time you find hidden items, you receive points. If you find items continuously, you start a "chain" of points, which adds bonus points.
The mini-games were very fun, and in between chapters there is a memory coin game that gives you extra points.
As for the dialogue setup, when Nancy is talking to the other characters, you (the player) need to finish Nancy's sentences... the correct answer is obvious if you've been paying attention to the story and dialogue between characters. If you answer correctly, you get the most points available. I really liked this!!
At the end of the game, the number of points you have determines the badge you get. Amateur Detective is the lowest badge, and Ultimate Private Eye is the top honor!
This was a very fun game and I'm excited to play the other ND Dossier game. I wish there was more!

Dragon Caffi is SO CUTE! The artists did a great job with the backgrounds, characters, and food art. The music is also very charming and relaxing.
You walk around as Margo, running errands for your neighbors, and getting recipes in return. Once you bake the recipe, you return to the character to get a gold token. The aim of the game is to receive 100 gold tokens. After you do, the game is done. Simple, cute, and very cozy!

THIS GAME IS A TREASURE. I played this so much as a kid. It was very fun to play again (and again!).

My favorite thing about FF7 is the music. (Plus Tifa & Red!) I hated all of the mini-games in this and it is the reason why I don't want to replay it again. I'm sure if I had played this when I was a kid, I would feel completely different about it. But for me, it's just an okay game (with FANTASTIC music!).
I never played PM3 as a kid, so it was interesting to play this one. It's very different from PM2 and at first I didn't like it, but then I got the hang of the mechanics and thought it was super fun! I like how personable this one feels and the fact that we actually get to know your daughter's friends, teachers, and bosses. In this game, the classes/jobs your daughter participates seem to actually reflect the ending you get (unlike in PM2 where it seemed no matter what you did, you always got housewife lol).

This was fun and challenging! I think the most annoying thing was the final dungeon since there weren't any save points inside. The leveling system was interesting. Once I got the hang of it, I liked it!

I really enjoyed this game. It was pretty easy and I liked the simplicity of it. Just felt like a chill RPG the entire time. Very fun!

Carto is such a cute game. Very relaxing with beautiful watercolor art. The seasonal/climate changes in locations were so fun to see and explore. The puzzles were challenging but not too difficult. I loved this cozy game!

This game is really cute and fun. The boss battles were tough! I beat the "main game" only... I wasn't that interested in the side quests, but there are plenty that would make this game longer.
