Wondering what Molyneux had in mind while developing this game.
The character menu is rather big for the few gear you can obtain through the game, food, weapons etc. Is pretty linear with only several sidequests and only one annoy part.

the beggining of one of the famous SRPG with an atrocious item management.

>Sturm as enemy does 8 DMG
>You control him only does 4 DMG
trash game.

>Play with Sandro
>Getting expert Necromancy first map
>Enjoy destroying everything with liches
Mostly easy campaings except some maps with Crack Hack or Yog.

A wild adventure with some issues, mostly the Mt. Itoi wild ride and leveling up randomness.
RPG with a kinda interesting setting aside classic NES issues like 8 slots inventory and random encounters outside towns but can use repel ring to reduce them.

Follows combat from Rance 3 which isn't the best one but is passable, it gets a bit hard towards the end though (fuck those metal armor). Final boss design is quite good.
Th exploration is okayish with different areas and little puzzles here and there with the different groups before they join Rance.

As Leaf says when you beat the game.
...We...won...
Pretty hard if you want to obtain everything or just survive.
Also, the only game with rewarp which is the most OP staff in the universe.

Platforming + OST perfection.

Easier than 2nd and G with less content but there's plenty of missions.
Gameplay is much better with adjusted hitboxes and some new moves for every weapon. Need to do almost all the missions to kill all the monsters.
Amatsu and alatreon fights were pretty good.

PS: I miss the Pleshiot ;_;

Absolute masterpiece. The game teach you how to wall jump being mandatory in some parts. Bosses are challenging and map is totally open. Loved it.

For all those games which I used a guide before, this was my own punisment: Finish the game without search anything about the game online.
Overall, only last dungeon is a quite high step from the rest of the game because the first miniboss kills you in 2 hits.
Also hidden items everywhere where you must solve some riddles to reach the end but isn't too hard to figure out.

one of the best strategy game for PC

All those skills but need to build a character having 4 or 5 at maximum or you'll softlock due to the high skill checks.
Beated with loremaster.

Clunky controls and pretty linear maps, a notable step from first Metroid but needed the remake to make it actually playable.

Cat companion, best companion.
Extremely slow combat but good history and setting.
