This game is genuinely so magical to me, even after all these years. I don't know what it is exactly but something about the visuals and the music together makes it just so whimsical to me that I can't ever be mad at the game, no matter how bad I do. I have no idea how they can top this whenever the next Mario Kart is inevitably released. Not worth making a review so I'm tossing it here
