"...and then she turns to him and says.."
"Let me guess. Hi, I'm Eve. And the guy says, Hi, I'm Adam."
"How did you know?"

There are certainly less original themes in SF writing, but they are a cherished handful. Still, they did a half decent job, you do have to give it to them.

A true original. The package is a little less complete than the Atari 50 collection, but it's still well worth checking out.

Decent script, good voice acting, but otherwise a vacuous experience. Skip this.

kicking is good
everything else is annoying

Unpacking without the charm or subtlety, and there's way too much of it

bust this
like a cool milk from out the toilet
two batteries some Brillo and some foil
heat'll boil it

Extremely mid and far too long, but nice to play in short bursts

Really liked this. It's good to see a complete thought worked out that doesn't require elaboration. The lo-fi folk horror aesthetics I found really appealing.

The art is nice and the small touches of novelty in the xenofauna are lovely. The writing is a little overwrought at times, especially when discussing the lives of the fictional crew producing the 'documentary' you're playing, but nothing too horrible.

I find lately that I'm not really interested in visual novels as a storytelling medium. I'd just always rather be reading a short story, or a graphic novel if the pictures are that important. Nothing about this medium works better for me when a story is as linear as this.

The voice acting is also truly terrible - it may well be text-to-speech model generated, I can't say for sure. You can turn it off, but it's extremely grating.

Toad looks he'd be very tasty, with the consistency of a foam banana sweet.

Controls were frustrating, everything else was good.

Really very nice. Best looking biryani in games.

Genuinely one of the worst, most insulting, stories ever committed in an RPG. A late game plot twist turns this drivel from merely boring to actively painful. Avoid.
