Super Mario Odyssey is the best 3d Mario since Super Mario 64, and the games in between the two aren't even close. Super Mario Odyssey was the first game I played on Switch. When I paused for the first time I was astonished by the details on Mario's face, particularly his mustache. The gameplay is just as detailed and amazing as Mario's mustache on the pause screen.

I can't believe I played this whole game. This game is bad. I knew it the whole time I played except I didn't stop playing it. I could have spent time learning a language, reading a book, or exploring the world. Instead I played this awful, awful game.

This game should have every Beatles song, but it doesn't. My favorite memory of this game are playing it with my cousins during Christmas 2019. It was my first time playing this game in like 10 years.

This game is so good. The only reason that it's not 5 stars is because the instruments are not as good as the Guitar Hero ones, although the game is much better!

While the Guitar Hero controller is better than the Rock Band one I don't think this game is as good as Rock Band.

I stopped playing this game when Animal Crossing came out. I played the 1st game, but need to get to the other 2.

What can I say? This game is an all-time classic that I think is good! I bought it from a Gamestop in a mall in 2011 that is now a Lush. I should probably replay this game to see what I think as an adult instead of as an impressionable teen.

I played this game after playing and loving Dragon Quest IX. At the time I didn't think it was as good as DQIX, but I was wrong. This game is better and the best Dragon Quest I've played!

I played this game during the first month of COVID, when we all hoped it would be done in a few months. This was a bad game, and a bad time to play a bad game at that time.

Had fun playing with friends, although not my preferred genre of game by any means.

I played Super Mario 64 while my wife and I were in the UK's mandatory quarantine for new arrivals. I 100%ed the game in 4 days, a total of 9 hours, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

This playthrough satiated me forever. Unlike Super Mario World, which I will play forever, I don't know if I'll play this game again. My 5-year-old self would be shocked.

I will return to Sunshine at some point.

I played this game more than I should have. I think it's fun and bad, which is better than unfun and bad I suppose.

2018

I finished this game, but I haven't finished this game. I'm not done playing. My wife is currently playing and we love talking about it and thinking about it. This game has the best gameplay loop of any roguelite I've ever played. The ability to manipulate the RNG and really create a build that works is something that I love more than any other game in this genre I've ever played.

When my family went to Toys 'R' Us to by a Nintendo 64 my dad decided on the Donkey Kong 64 Jungle Green edition. It was $20 more than the regular edition, and my dad loved the Donkey Kong arcade game. This sure is a video gamey video game!

This game is too much Pokemon and not enough Pokemon simultaneously. The battle system, particularly gigantamaxing, feels bloated. At the same time, the story beats happening behind the scenes and leaving everything to Leon left me feeling empty. I can't help but feel Pokemon is no longer for me after playing this game when it released in 2019, and then going back to complete the Pokedex in 2020.

I beat the game with my least favorite team I've had in any Pokemon game: Rillaboom, Drednaw, Excadrill, Noivern, Espeon, and Jolten. I loved the first three, but they were the only Pokemon I really loved and the final three were just on my team to balance it out.
