A estética é sensacional e o jogo em si é muito bom, com um ótimo uso da mecânica principal. (a música são shows também)

so satisfying to beat a level, a++ soundtrack. i love this game

again, terry cavanaugh rules. if none of my favorite fast-ass indie platformers didn't exist, this would be the best platform we ever.

it makes a whole ass world out of its small screens, applies a super metroid outlook to a novel platforming concept before everyone thought that's all you need to make a good game. cavanaugh nails it on the head and gets a killer soundtrack to back it.

Just such a fun and simple game that's easy to understand and enjoy but difficult to master (I'm looking at you vendi vidi vicci)

the more you replay this game the more depth you see to the levels. I highly recommend trying to get your deathcount under 50 through a lot of practice becuase then you will understand where the design of this game really shines.

gravity is also just very fun to play with

Some screens feel more trial-and-error than skill and judgement due to some things being ambiguous, but overall a solid gimmick platformer from beginning to end.

Every time I play this game it puts a huge smile on my face. Even when it gets really hard I feel more like I'm laughing with it rather than screaming at it, which is rare for me. Really delightful, could play it again and again.

just some solid platforming goodness

I have replayed this game for probably upwards of 200 hours and still have not beaten no-death mode.

made me nostalgic for shit c64 platformers i never played at the time

i would really like this if it were completely linear instead of being so stupidly open-ended

Completed it a few weeks ago but still find myself returning to it for the V rank in time trials and the custom 'player levels' that are included. It's a charming game with a somewhat forgettable (but passable) story. Its strength is in the robust and simple mechanics and the effortlessly emergent level design that arises as a result.

The game is very short and borders on being epileptic at times (luckily there are options to turn all the flashing and animated backgrounds off). The player levels, time trials and the intractable headache that is the gravitron are just enough to make me return to it once in a while, but it's difficult to stay invested beyond that. Still, there is untapped potential in this formula but it needs a bit of love to fully realise it.

Time played at the time of this review: 4 hrs
Time spent on completing the game: ~2hrs

Alright/10

it's really short but I had fun with it all 5 minutes i played this.

A short but very enjoyable (and pretty challenging) gravity-flip platformer. Belter of a soundtrack.

Always come back to this game. Such a classic indie title.

I'm terrible at 2D platformers and get horrendously frustrated with them, so it should probably be telling of the quality of this one that even though it's pretty hard I still finished it because it had me that hooked.

I still have the scars from completing "Doing Things The Hard Way"

Man that two screen flip combo... You know the one... It messed me up.

Core mechanics are fantastic, but they've been pushed further in a variety of IWBTG fangames by now. World map is unnecessary and kills the pacing of the game.

what a great game, really wholesome and a nice ost

unironically probably gave this game a whole star just because of the OST alone

I have literally could not sleep one night and so I played this game from midnight to 7am and passed it. Then I went to sleep.

the one song sounds like guile's theme and that shit slaps

Flipping gravity makes you think about the puzzles in a very different way to a normal platformer. Quick respawn time makes it easy to get back into quite a hard game.

I was expecting something much cooler and more interesting based on all the hype. I feel like the reversing gravity thing is cool, but the story and visuals are so nothing that it's not enough to carry it. Played plenty of games with more interesting and more fun platformer mechanics that also are enjoyable aesthetically.

A surprisingly fun and difficult game. The game gets pretty hard but isn't very long. I beat it as a little kid and went back to it kind of recently but you can spend a lot of time just playing the main game or you can do other levels that are also hours of fun
