Excellent rogue-like game that should be used as an example for future games in the genre.
Beautiful art style, amazing music and sound effects, and a compelling combat and loot system that encourages experimenting with different boons and upgrades to make each run enjoyable.

I wasn't 100% sure I believed everyone who said this game was enjoyable even for those that didn't really like rogue-likes, but I definitely believe it now. Supergiant Games have outdone themselves, and I'm very excited to see how Hades 2 turns out

Another solid entry in the Yakuza franchise.

The plot consisted of 4 independent stories that link and connect together, resulting in a grand finale. I really enjoyed seeing how the story came together as things progressed and how the games different protagonists interacted with each other.
The plot twists and callbacks to previous entries in the series was quite well done and the hints about these connections earlier on in the game made the reveals much more believable. However, some of the plot twists felt quite haphazardly thrown in and frankly unbelievable, unless I missed something earlier in the game that proves me otherwise.

Combat was also a bit step up from the previous game. Each protagonist played differently and it was fun adapting to the different mechanics they had.

Overall, it's a solid entry in the series and I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone already familiar with the Yakuza franchise.

Challenging and fun platformer with great visuals and even better music!

Does require some quick thinking and good reaction time, but the ability to place save points in most places with little cost makes failures less punishing and more of a learning experience overall.

Chronologically the 4th game in the Yakuza series, this entry sees Kiryu return for some more street brawling action!

Story wise the game holds up wonderfully, and the many plot twists kept me invested throughout the games chapters. However, the games block heavy combat shows its age and makes me wish this game got the Kiwami treatment like 1 and 2 did.

Excellent sequel to Katamari Damacy. Controls and concept is the same as the first game but with new maps, and interesting new mission requirements.

If you liked the first game, you'll definitely like this one.

Persona 3 Reload is a remake of the PS2 classic 'Persona 3'. You play as a highschooler whom attends school during the day, and fights shadows with his allies during the night.

With such a great story (I can't stress this enough, the story is phenomenal), music, characters and artstyle, whether you've played the original or not, if you're a fan of JRPGs or Turn-based combat, you owe it to yourself to experience this game.

Easily one of my favourite games of all time, now with a fresh coat of paint making it more accessible than ever.

Fun game where you build and maintain a zoo. The Art style is nice, and there's pretty good progression through getting new animal variants. I did however find the game very repetitive, with a lot of micromanaging with some of the animal habitats, as well as managing the workers.

I'm sure there's a lot of fun here to be had for those that enjoy these kinds of games, but I don't think the game is for me.

This expansion took the already great Monster Hunter World, and improved it even more. New environments, many new monsters, and MANY more hours of fun. I really enjoyed the new moves they added to the weapons and felt they complimented the original moveset quite well. The main gripe I have with the new moveset was the addition of the clutch claw, in many cases I felt like it trivialised combat, making it very easy to keep the monster in one spot, as well as making it so you can mostly hit the monster wherever you want and still do good damage, essentially removing a good chunk of the positioning. Thankfully you can ignore it for most fights, bar a few towards the end where it's almost essential in order to do enough damage and win (though that could just be a skill issue on my part)

While not the first monster hunter game I've played, it is the first one I've played through to completion. And man what a fun game it was! Beautiful environments, great variety of weapon types that all have their own unique play style, and many challenging monsters with their own armour sets to mix and match. There's a lot of depth in this game, and if you have the time to sit down and learn it, you'll most certainly have a blast. I wish the Handler didn't exist though, one of the worst characters I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with.

If you want to play a traditional turn-based JRPG, this is the game for you. In a sea of action JRPGs, this game is unashamedly rooted in tradition, creating a nostalgic experience reminiscent of the JRPGs of old. Tie that in with great music (though an orchestral track would've been much nicer imo) and an exciting story, and you've got the recipe for a great time.

This was a pretty good Multiplayer Dragonball game. It allows you to customise your own character and participate in a modified version of the dragon ball Z story.
I don't have any of the DLC but I believe it allows you to gain power ups and abilities from characters in Super and later Dragon Ball film.
Had an enjoyable time, but not having other people to play with can make some later content much harder to complete.

Fun hack and slash with great graphics and enjoyable plot. I'm nowhere near good enough at the game to get the most out of the combat, but I thoroughly enjoyed what I did get out of it.
While I'm sure I missed out on some story beats and references from not playing the previous entries in the series, I still had a blast with what I got.

Fun remake of some classic platformers with tight controls. I rather enjoyed the creativity with the level design, and while I felt some of the earlier entries in the series were more enjoyable, I still had a great time playing through them all.

Another brilliant series entry which maintained the timeless art style, and added in more QoL features allowing you to customise your island however you want, including terraforming, controlling where buildings can be placed, and much more. However, the slow start and lack of content compared to its 3ds predecessor means it falls behind in longevity.

Excellent entry to the series, with an art style that stands the test of time, and many QoL features that help you tailor your village even more. Though additional means to customize your village (such as controlling where your villagers houses are) would be greatly appreciated.
