The best kirby game ever released and one of the best games in the Switch’s already outstanding library. The best soundtrack to a game in the last few years as well. a deeply thrilling and delightful game that truly surprised me in how great it was.

Terrific game. This is the first truly new Pokémon experience and easily the best game in the series which will make it extremely hard to go back to the older games. Falters in pokémon variety, story, and level design, as well as poor draw distance. The music is solid, clearly going for a similar feel to BotW though certainly doesn’t match that game. Pokémon generally has great music but it feels like they’re struggling lately, especially with how bad the music in Sword and Shield was. But this is a good bit of redemption. it’s rare to play a game that stays this fun for this long. Hopefully this is the kind of game we get in the future for the series.

Delightful and poignant from beginning to end. There’s magic in this game that is difficult to capture for most developers.

A decent time with terrific music and atmosphere brought down by frustrating dialogue and characters that are difficult to connect to. This set up has potential, and with a better set of characters, it could be great

An unfortunately lifeless remake of an already underwhelming game. There is very little to enjoy here outside of a fun final boss and the underground sections.

Weirdly good story. Just loved it

Runs poorly on switch, but an extremely good platformer. This is Mario Sunshine levels of good

Make it longer and add more variety to the objectives and you’ve got a masterpiece. This structure but with the movement engine of Odyssey would be a dream.

Terrific platformer with a staggering number of perfect levels. I will always prefer the more open games, but this is a triumph

This is so short and cute, and fun literally the entire time. Strong recommend

Not for me, but kinda interesting. Like the story and world, combat just isn’t for me here

Mediocre combat with a boring story, lackluster presentation, uninteresting worlds. Some fun bits, but skip it

Extremely mixed. In some ways amazing, in others painful. The biggest problem by far is the final boss music. Horribly anticlimactic. I’m giving the game a tentative 4, but I had some major issues with it.

Damn good game, the story is a disaster, but the combat is great, the bosses towards the end are terrific, great music, and a few really great scenes among the mess. Not as good as KH1 or 2, but easily the third best so far. Excited to play 3
