4–500 hours in and I'm only now slowing down a little, Not for lack of quality, though simple overexertion and money sink. The new animations are a much-needed improvement and the change in locale and storyline is phenomenal, some really oh shit moments scattered throughout.

An overall story drop in quality but has some top tier moments in Doma, to split between Ala Mhigo and Doma when you start caring about one they rip you away to another that will feel far less interesting for a while. Also, Yda was hotter with her eye thingy on.

My fav expansion of them all a great twist and set up a huge leap in quality from the base game, the winter aesthetic goes hard as shit and Estinien is badass.

Feels like a 100-hour setup for hevansward and the later expansion slow-going with a wealth of content. Love the art style and some characters but is very rough nice dungeons and fun combat that gives you a real sense of progression as you level. Walking around loads gets you heavily attached to the world they're building.

Some of my favourite characters in any Final Fantasy different to any other entry but with a lacklustre empty open world some minor bugs and everything fall apart in the last 4 or so hours. Not to mention, the story makes little sense unless you pay all the DLC, read a few novels and watch a film. Still really liked it though, got me into the franchise

Like 75% of a perfect horror game, the ship and some of the DLC and later parts of the base game falter and still suffer from that Resident Evil pitfall of the player having to mutch firepower to shoot back with at the end of the game

You can tell this was originally going to be Resident Evil 4 from the music to the camera and the puzzles, a stand-out oddity in the game series that stands up mostly due to its vastly different philosophy when initially designing

Probably still the best in the franchise

Environments ended up blending together too mutch for me objectively has the best combat in the series though

A surprisingly well done JRPG with great art style and a touching story

The only game every to talk about depression or something

Somehow better and more interesting then any other game in the series

Fun with friends and with none but not scary at all after a few hours
