i agree with zelda, f zero and final fantasy but y metroid :(

@imshitting420 the Prime games and I don't get along and the only two 2D games (The Good Metroids) to release in the past 20 years have disappointed me. Nintendo doesn't seem interested in continuing the lineage of what I personally enjoyed about Metroid anymore (as is the case with every single other series they own)

@Funbil i really like ur explanation for not enjoying metroid prime, its unbiased and thorough. i love prime and fusion but i can understand y someone would not like the linearity of fusion after having played super again years after i initially hated it. i fucking love super its the best game in the whole series so yeah its a shame nobody imo can capture that same lightning in a bottle that was pulled on the snes (aside from rom hacks)
