Despite being a little guided, having lackluster music, and an abrupt ending, Metroid Dread is one of my favorite games on the switch. When building up to its release Metroid eventually became my favorite video game series of all time, and this one doesn’t disappoint.

Kinda overrated in my opinion. It’s good, don’t get me wrong, just not as good as people say it is to me. Great first Metroid game though, definitely start here if you’re trying to get into the series.

Played this on Wii U but that’s not an option on its own so whatever. This game is a masterpiece. With the exception of it having a sorta confusing map layout this is perfect. One of the most immersive experiences I’ve ever had in a video game.

Great. Might even be better than 1 but I’m not sure it stuck with me like the first one did.

While it did improve some stuff like the end game hunt, this one just wasn’t designed as well or had me as immersed as the first two, with some exceptions like the Valhalla.

I mean come on, it’s a masterpiece.

While it’s not my personal favorite one, I totally get why it is for some, cause it’s great.

Meh. Cool but kinda boring and very gross looking at times.

Honestly not as bad as I thought it would be. Pretty cool.

Still haven’t beat it but this is what I think of it for now.

As a lefty this game was agonizing.

I felt nothing playing this entire game.

Really impressive! Best way to play Metroid II IMO.
